Just him leaving such a big wall with so little actual content in it.

I only skimmed it but it felt a bit like "look at my content and how much i care" without the content itself being a lot of value.

His whole lean town and null tier feel more like a somewhat useless thing so the rest doesn't look empty.

 

Okay and if he's mafia then I would encourage him to keep putting out this level of content because there's no way he will be able to keep it up without either being dumpstered or burning out. I don't really see the point of scumreading someone for doing too many things at this point in the game when it's kinda hard to do anything without it feeling at least a little bit empty.

Like, what do you expect from him? Do you want him to not post? Do you want him to have super solid opinions? Why is he doing these things as mafia, do you think? To get super townread? I don't really see that too often and it doesn't feel like the angle he would take in a new sitemeta full of strange people that he doesn't know. If any of this sounds antagonistic I swear to god it isn't I have just have wine in my brain! I'm trying to understand you and get you to think deeper and get you to challenge my perspective!

 

This is interesting, and I think the answer is sonewhere in the middle. Soneone who is caught up with the thread but missing certain details is more likely to be scum, as that's a sign they don't have a thought process trying to solve the game. But foe someone who is not caught, missing details is normal. If they're catching up with a mindsey that seems too consist with the current gamestate, on the otherhand, that's a sign that they may have picked up info from scumchat.

I don't think there was any point in Von's initial thought against Eido, though.

His reads felt like adding the most common townread and the most common scumread st the time and add a bunch of nothing to it to make it look like more.

As for motivation him having to leave the thread for longer and wanting to leave a good impression would be my wild guess.
Scum are more afraid of leaving and being pushed for bad reasons than town who just do their own thing in their own time.
