I don't think there was deeply unfakeable confidence in Miner's entry and I believe that he might consider poking Eido to be a good tactic as scum (whether or not he would actually do it is kinda more up in the air, but it doesn't feel out of his range to me).

I'm in this weird place where I don't actively scumread Reg or Eido, but I think that they're making more of an effort to look town rather than solve the game.

I have no concrete examples I can really point to.

It's not really an activity thing (and never was, Eido :V).

More like their presence is kinda hollow.

 

I know, I'm making a related (?) observation.

I feel vaguely inclined to agree on Reg (have no sample size for Eido) but I think he's under RL constraints so I'm not even sure what I'm looking at.

 

Okay I lied, I have one tiny example.

Something I can't really get over is how Eido was, as he said, obsessing over the thread in the beginning of the game.

But he also commented on a post talking about Citrus' only post at the time, then later completely forgot Citrus posted at all.

Which by iself is whatever, it wasn't a memorable post, but it makes his whole "look at me I can't stay away from the thread because that's what town me would be feeling" shtick look fake.

Oh also Eido has seemed pretty bland when talking to his townreads. Or anyone, really.

Passion, drive, eager to solve, etc synonyms words - distinct lack of it.
