My bad, I finally got enough sleep but I've been overwhelmed by interactions today.

I'd be surprised if you thought particularly strongly about it, because I didn't give particularly much about how it could be read into. I think it averages out as not meaning much for Newcomb - either he was the target and should be lock clear, or being named in that comment could increase the likelihood he's the mafioso who would know to make this kill. I think I'd believe it just means nothing before I believe the latter, though, and it'd just be a fun coincidence.

Have you ever taken a drink from a bottle, screwed the lid back on, then decided you want another swig, so unscrewed the lid, only to get distracted by something and re-screw the lid, and then the distraction ends, so you unscrew the lid again to take your drink?

I just did that twice in a 30 second span.

M7 ISO readthrough doesn't really do much to change my thoughts on him? Still think he's very probably just town here, lot of the Eido focus and scum read feels genuine and an angle I don't think he'd be overly-focusing on as scum, can see a lot of probing and questioning that feels like him trying to actually read people and the whole "I'm not sure how I fit into this team, or if you guys even need me" type comment just feels very real. Can maybe make the argument that his confidence level statements about Fenwicked ie. 75% scum, 25% town type things while saying it's not a confident scum read is some sort of disconnect but I don't think it comes off agenda-driven at all. Waiting for him to catch up from when he last left and his thoughts with the flips should help solidify this read and ideally bump him up to the lock town read section but in the meantime just happy putting him aside too.

I almost forgot you existed LOL.

 

Nego's big vca wallpost is making my eyes glaze a little bit.

A lot of the analysis feels kind of first level to me, and ignores the context of the gamestate, which...vca obviously can tend to do, but feels especially critical to take into consideration. It really probably was Kai, Fenwick, or no lynch, given the people that were around.

It reads very much like a textbook, dry, objective 'these are things that happened', but ignores the 'why'.

Kai wagon was a thing, then he started actually posting, so the wagon became not a thing.

I dunno.

I guess I don't have strong thoughts about it other than I respect the effort involved even if I don't quite understand how some things are alignment indicative, like vote switching.

 

Few things:

1) Can you talk to me a little more about your Beruru/Citrus reads and the connection between them please. Your 1901 sort of implies you think Scum!Beruru/Town!Citrus, Scum!Beruru/Scum!Citrus, Town!Beruru/Scum!Citrus worlds are all possible but your reasoning behind having Citrus in the section here seems predicated on Beruru being scum and him doing a sort of soft-buss type thing? So what's your read on Citrus outside of his Beruru scum read?

2) Can you try and run through the progression of your Beruru read this game for me briefly; running through your ISO it looks like you actually had a ~decent~ strengthened town read on them D1 and then flipped after reading through the game and noticing one particular post from them which moved them to your strongest scum read? So uh, is there more to it?

3) I'll also take an explanation behind your Eido and Fonti town reads if you get time too.

Kinda think Fonti might actually be town with the response to Nego though.

The 'Continue with your analysis and ignore this if you need to.' bit in particular I kind of like because of where it feels like it has to come from - she thinks the post is likely coming from scum!Nego, but still wants the analysis to continue in a way that like. Isn't just trying to push her agenda/the mislynch.

It's hard to put into words, I'm super exhausted right now, but it just felt like a burst of energy escaping from Fonti that felt town.

Can you talk about a bear for me please? Bear readers unite? Because bear is my strongest scum read atm. Don't think they ever really evaluated Fenwickeds alignment in any of their posting and it all seems to look like it's a TMI'ish focus and fear-mongering pre-flip when going through their ISO overnight.
