I'm looking for fics that don't end the war at the Battle of Hogwarts. Rather Harry and Co decide that they need to do some cleaning in the Ministry and such before the return of normal government. Many people who worked at the Ministry under Voldemort realise they're going to hang as collaborators so the whole thing snowballs from there into another war (or the last gasp of the previous administration). Or something like that.

Something political in the sense of being a revolutionary but not in the sense of working within the system (i.e. not some boring Wizengamot gathering where the author thinks they're a talented speech writer). Ideally Harry, Hermione and Ron will have come up with idea during their camping trip.

I don't remember anything from the Library.
However there few fics that feature HP rebel against the Ministry post Hogwarts.

Fair warning, the first two were written by Starfox5, who isn't exactly a popular figure around here. And while I haven't read Democracy, Marriage Law Revolution was a lousy Fic.

Echoing above post, which is why i warned they aren't part of the library.
However The Sum of Their Part is in fact part of the library.
If I find more, i will post.

    I've read Democracy, it's shit.

The plot is basically Neville doesn't like the radical ideas Hermione is pushing though the Wizengamot so he becomes Malfoy only to realise the error of his ways in the last chapter.

He doesn't even realize the error of his ways. He just begrudgingly accepts defeat and wants to use the new system to bring back the aristocracy.

Democracy is Hermione&muggle wank, while bashing Wizardry World.
The author manage to fail in understanding HP universe, it appeals to certain people, probably not to DLPers.

It doesn't understand how political power works, more over it use horrid fanon cliche, it is a recursive fanon mediocrity.

I wonder if anyone wrote an answer to this fanon recursive mediocrity.
