If both Vaimes and Cobalt are villagers it's a harder-ish game. Maybe like, one of Citrus/Lyric + remaining PoE? Citrus w spews Lyric v I believe. Also still preeeetty sure tom/fonti isn't a thing.

I really don't know. Fluff sets off every scum ping I have almost by existing, and I know for a fact at least some of those pings he'd be setting off as town. Every time he pops into the thread and makes a comment or question and completely ignores like...everything else said/done/that is happening makes me want to pull my hair out. Every time he makes a comment and doesn't explain /why/ he thinks that makes me want to string him up. Every time he displays insight that shows he's following along but not contributing makes me want to punt him into the moon.

But like, this isn't necessarily alignment indicative stuff.

The whole thing where 'oh I didn't really think that far ahead' with his 'plan' is weird.

Him basically making shit up when responding to my questions is weird.

And I'd normally say it's a lock wolf thing, but I don't even think it's out of his town range completely. Like, I'm not even a little bit sold he actually thinks Newcomb is a wolf. I really don't think Newcomb parroting Lyric for reasoning on reads is a reason he's a wolf. (Or was it the other way around? Either way it just rang of Not A Real Thought).

Citrus is hard defending him, but Citrus also didn't read the more recent stuff from him that has that ????? factor beyond Fluff being Fluff.

I think he's a possible wolf. Don't think he's a lock wolf that's left his villager range. And just feel mildly exasperated about it.

Sorry you feel that way. If it's something you want to hash out in next 15ish, cool, otherwise, decent odds it'll have to be post game if it's a personal thing vs. like, just disagreeing with something. I guess it's possible Newcomb dies instead, but feel like less people have him solidly town, so who knows.

 

The whole "Just limp, no drive" when I've tried to dump and explain my strongest scum read (Citrus) in depth and have little response from most people from it (Other than like "I agree with it but not lynching him") or really see eye to eye with the two people in the game I'm locksure are town (Tom/Lyric) is just depressing.

My Cobalt vote is almost 100% 'I think Vaimes can clear himself better than Cobalt can on D2, if he's town'.

Kind of an egocentric read though since I can read Vaimes very well and have no idea how to read Cobalt.

 

I strongly disagree. You asked me to be town, and I was, Eido. I made specific posts thinking you'd get it after them, and you still have nothing.
