My read on fluff is mostly just frustrated that he's apparently reverted back to perma lurking, I was starting to get hopeful that he had actually changed after last game but I guess not. I don't know, the lack of trying probably means he's town but it's a disgusting read and not really one that I even want to have. Meta aside though I don't think there's anything remotely town about him.

 

I'm not going to go into this in real detail or anything, because as I've mentioned, if I still feel this way towards EOD then I'll actually drop a case and things. And I don't really want to get into a wall discussion with you about anything here since either a) You're scum and it's just going to be unfun for both of us and not really be productive or b) You're town, and it's not the back and forths between us that's going to be what convinces me that I'm wrong on you but rather just you playing outside of our interactions for the most part.

But in short I'm not really expecting like 'super high level investment and posting activity and efforts like past games' from you at all. It's just...when you're posting, and what you're talking about, and the reads and thoughts you have here just don't feel anything more than surface level-y, and feel like they're done to keep up appearances than actually to solve. Like my issue with you here is I'm not able to look at your posts and be like, hum, she's actually got X/Y/Z reads or she's actively trying to solve or resolve certain slots. Like your whole commentary about me in this above post, and your post about me before of "There's one thing but I think he'd manipulate that if he was scum since he knows me" just feels....like there's not been any more thought put into anything. I've posted a lot, think I'm well and truly outside my scum range at the moment, or at least playing in a way I wouldn't be approaching the game as scum. I think there's several other players that you can have meaningful ;thoughts; or ;reads; on and I'm just...not seeing them?

Like I get 'rust' might be a thing and 'less investment' too, but I'm here and pretty much comfortably locked in Grape & Vaimes as town, you could y'know, be talking about how you agree with those reads, want to interact with me to understand them if you don't. Or talk about some of the players I've posted lesser thoughts on and try and get us to expand and solve that players alignment, or try and read me by getting me to talk about them. Just in summary, I don't see...anything here this game that makes me think you're not just scum here.

I think you're kind of overestimating my ability to read you, but ok.

Can't really get into the rest right now, but I'm sorry you think my thoughts are surface level, I don't really agree but whatever. I'm well aware of what you want me to be doing and I get it but you're going to have to adjust your expectations, sorry. The "one thing" I was talking about was your fonti lump thing, it's almost exactly what you did in a previous game where you were paranoid of fonti. Just because I'm not writing essays doesn't mean I don't have other thoughts, I just don't feel like trying to make every single thing that happens in the game 100% relevant.

I dislike basically everything Tom said above? Not sure that even scummy from him, heh. Responding real quick then:
1. The way he's pushing the Citrus/Cobalt narrative feels like a lazy push on easy targets, especially is Gemma is scum.
2.

No, as scum, he'd know is would come across as scummy to me, where as town it doesn't because he's being genuine. It came across as towny, so I pushed back but didn't push /him/.
3.

Yeah, obviously, to the first bit. And no, obviously not, to the second. I pressured him to see if it was actually a shield or what he believed, and considering Grape seemed to get that, you probably should have.

The Citrus/Cobalt stuff is the big one. They're not doing the exact same things, and I hate seeing him group them like that, as it makes it easy to pivot to a mislynch on one or another. Idk, maybe I'm just seeing scum stuff from Tom because I just read Grape's thing about him before that, but:

Von is town. Reg is town. Grape is probably town. I'm annoyed at now being Amy because ez town read gone.

Fonti and Fluff are super light town reads. I don't like having the read on Fluff but don't have the time or inclination to pull teeth right now and firm it.

Tom is Tom. I usually have a read of some kind on him by this point but don't possible concern. Support cfd lump on him at eod if gemma does town things by then and Tom is still Tom.

Amber and... I forget the name of the player that voted and lumped Citrus and hasn't played forum mafia, but they're both pretty null. Don't think Citrus is w/w with the doublevote though.

I don't believe Citrus thinks Von is a wolf. This is town Von and he'd see it if town himself. Don't believe lump campaign is genuine. Felt like attempt to get town read off campaigning for lump vs doing anything game related. (Also my Cobalt read).

Jari is shrug. Think he's a mislynch waiting to happen most games. Think he knows it. Kinda think he'd be going harder for lump if town. Think he's actually a reasonable lump target tbh, too.

Gemma is hard to articulate. Not sure I even can. Going through motions, wooden, saying things she thinks she should be saying vs her usual brand of more.... something, posting. Pinged me as scum from one of first posts in game but don't want to d1 lynch. Lump is fine since valuable townfirm.

Amberiat - Only four posts so far. Recent discussion on scum!Gemma from Fonti and Reg means I'm primed for finding possible Gemma w/w interactions. Calling out a partner with an easy out and an invitation to post on /things/ could be a thing in scum!Gemma worlds I guess. Ambe townleans Amy for what's basically a mafia theory/strategy post, and then spends 25% of their total posts hedging it. That's not a very generous way of looking at it from my side of course but still. Huehue. Could be scum.

Ampharos - Slank cover followed by showing up anyway. Probably townie by itself. No reason to cover this early as scum, just don't show up yet. Showing up after covering is just going to draw more attention to the fact that you did cover which is traditionally a bit side-eye-y. Setup spec. Now I had my theory here and people shouted me down. maybe rightly so. I tend to get more invested in hipfire theories the moment people push back on me for it. I could still be right though so I call brag rights if everyone's wrong and Amy is actually scum.

Seriously though, feels like Citrus' focus has been rather narrow this game. Voting fluff is always a cop out at this stage and the Vaimes vote came out of nowhere. Likely scum.

Cobalt - Talked about Cobalt's entry a bit before. Hit some town notes to me. Don't think I've seen Cobalt this loose as wolf before. He's jumping the gun on towning people, but that's not that rare for him either way. Scumreading me also not a rare thing for TownBalt.

fontisian - I like Fonti's start. It's sort of focused, poking and prodding when she sees something worth a poke. It's the opposite of narrow. Her questions to me didn't really feel like they were going somewhere, but can't win 'em all I guess. Fonti list and reads post is just solid. Squeezing the rock that is Vaimes for anything at all maybe doesn't happen quite like this as scum? Dunno. There's always that voice in the back of my mind that says to vote Fonti just cause, but I'm just gonna lean town her for now.

Gemma - @Gemma Why'd you lump Grapefruit when you did?

Grapefruit - Grape is engaged straight out of the gate. The transition from memes to mechanics to reads comes across as very natural as well. He'd maybe not have the interesting Vaimes reading technique as scum? Or he wouldn't out it as he did? It sets him up to be pretty vulnerable and he'd know it as scum I think. Their reaction to my Ampharos is a pretty common one. Jumping on an opportunity here as scum is also possible, but since he doesn't really know the environment I tend to think he'd hold back on it a little and see if I get heat for from other people as well? The wariness of Reg's read on him makes me think he thought Reg mighta been TMI-ing there. That's a weird tack to take as scum innit? Just a lot of town pings here.

his fluffiness - Legit just think he's likely town. It's all meta/tone but the questions are just pointed enough, the relaxedness/humor at the right level. @his fluffiness Why'd you lump Cobalt though?

Regfan - The Gemma push straight out the gate is /interesting/. Hadn't really considered it before, but as scum Reg would need to get rid of Gemma and would probably want to get rid of Fonti as well. Mislynch Gemma and Lump-kill Fonti for the coast? Combine that with waffley posts like
