Shes never not fake claiming and trying to think out one of those roles as scum, it's really the only play there is. Her claim does nothing for me, especially as a 'I'm one of several roles' type things.

Probably makes an attempt to do something about the scum reads on her as one of those roles earlier in the day so it never comes to this even, particularly as one of those roles. But more what I'm getting at is her claim changes nothing since if she's town and one of those roles she's claiming it, of if she's scum she's fake claiming one of them every time.

 

I know I probably shouldn't be surprised about this, but watching Reg play feels like I'm seeing the third clone of Eido/Newcomb in action.

 

Possibly, if she’s the one he’s most worried about catching him. And it gives him something to focus on.

But I don’t reeeeally think he’s scum, so I’m mostly just weirded out.

And yeah, she could be fakeclaiming, but that’s something that’ll work itself out and we can probably avoid an explicit counterclaim if necessary. I’ve done it before.

Almost any scum player that's run up is going to claim one of the trio of roles that save them at this stage, meaning we're only going to end up lynching townies that aren't those roles if we go the route of if someone claims one of them we put them to the side and don't force them to hardclaim.

I don't think her play comes across as her bring confident that she's not lynched though, she's said the words sure, but it's not the tone or air I get from her play or post.

 

It sort of feels like if Gemma is scum, then Vaimes and Reg are very much spewed town. Maybe even Ampharos. (And of course Fonti would be clear)
