I was went through the possibilities and we can't determine if Jarizok is a witch using Newcomb, but town is possible.

Case T1: Newcomb was angel saved and Jarizok is town
Case T2: Newcomb is a defensive role and Jarizok is town
Case W: Newcomb is a defensive role and Jarizok is a witch
Case Why: Newcomb is a witch that shot himself

Even if Newcomb is a defensive role, that doesn't necessarily mean that Jarizok is a witch. We can say that if Newcomb wasn't saved by his role that Jarizok is town.

I'm not convinced of the value in Newcomb doing anything here, compared to obvious value in GD claims (there's also the option of GD does nothing, but that's less good). Since if he is a defensive role we're in exactly the same spot as we are now except Newcomb's role is more or less outed.

My general thoughts are basically that I ultimately kinda just feel like Vaime's posts are towny, tom is town for reasons, Umami's town, MPLus I really think is town or his scumgame is like waaaay better than I thought, Gemma I trust, or at least, have no reason to suspect, Newcomb appears to be town from that night action, KaiDASH idk i just like, Cobalt is uh probably just town for how he handled the other night? And then Muz I'm not sure I guess, was assuming town but could be scum. Fonti is still a ????? I admit, but besides her that leaves Manasi and Fluff and Shadow, right?

So that's my basic overview of the game but I'm probably not gonna do any real work until tomorrow

Though Mplus's turning from Shadow onto Jari is the pinnacle of opportunistic partner-saving if it really were that Shadow is scum and Jari is town. I won't ignore that. Just not really thinking it's a thing atm.
