I have clear quotes from you at the start of day 2 saying that I'm town because Jari is a wolf.

I have clear quotes from you showing that you're not assuming that Shadow is a wolf.

I have clear quotes from you saying that bussers are possible but that you're not concerned about it.

And then after Cobalt claims Shadow is town?

You suddenly switch and say that not only is a busser possible, but that there has to be one, because there always is, and that it must be why.

And you say that I only had town cred because I pushed both Jari and Shadow.

This is the same guy who, when I asked him to explain why I could be a wolf earlier, said that it's because there must be a busser on Jari. I asked him to explain how the context of the Jari wagon meant there should be a busser (since imo, the wagon came out of the blue and scum weren't ready for it) and he refused.

I've asked him to explain his progression on me today and even gave specific quotes and questions, and instead of answering them, he immediately starts calling me a wolf for it.

Believe it or not, "Is Muz a wolf?" was a question I actually wanted people's opinions on, not to get into a childish shouting match because he immediately just says "no ur a wolf" to me.

@Dels , tbh, I was just surprised by how hard he jumped on me and how strongly he feels like I'm a wolf. Like I actually find it comedic because I can sort of see how he could maybe get there, but it's a very strong read for uber weak evidence. Hadn't even really noticed that he had also been pushing you until you pointed it out above. That's like 2/4 people on his wolf list he's pushing? Has he even really evaled Tom?

Like I said to Newcomb, it absolutely makes sense that people would reevaluate things and shake up their lists a bit upon learning that Shadow is town. (And Cobalt, if you suspected him, which to his credit, Muz sort of did and didn't)

So we need to analyze the way they reeavaluate, and in this case I feel I have a legit critique

 

Yes, at the start of the day I crumbed my result that Jari was scum. My initial impression is *naturally* to town read people who voted scum, hence why I said "I think Dels might be town".

Correct. Because unlike most players in this game apparently, I understand apathy is not scum indicative and I called the Shadow cases lackluster from day 1.

You are not very good at posturing. If Shadow was scum, you spent the entire day hard bussing two partners which is super unlikely. Him not being scum means you could very easily have hard bussed Jari for town cred, and left Shadow as a mislynch for later - which you did, by trying to bury him today.

I think its very possible I've been confirmation biased and that's why I tried to shelve Dels, but the PoE pool is very small, we are still stuck for finding the busser, and his last posts are terrible. Umami's post was *bad* (not necessarily scummy), but Dels liking it is much worse. Its a flippant wolf read. That is what started him back into my scum pool, Shadow already called it out. Then him making a wolfy ass post on me fishing for support was the nail in the coffin, as witches are starved for mislynches.

I'm not claiming I'm 100% on Dels, but his town change here is very not good to me. He went from the positive happy go lucky neutral inviting guy to trying to bury me in the span of a page, and I doubt that's townie.

Also, I now pretty much know for a fact at least 1 of the two witches alive bussed - the remaining people off wagon are myself, cobalt, shadow, umami. Shadow cobalt are soft cleared. Umami isn't overly wolfy, but is in the PoE and it leaves 1-2 scum on wagon. So yes, bussing is now confirmed, con fucking grats not like I said that ages ago.

I am still voting Tom, I still think he's probably the best flip here even though I've been tonereading him as town all game. But Dels has a lot of wolf equity that's being ignored, and the PoE pool is very small.

Oh, and the biggest issue with your case is *even if you assume you're right about everything you said, which you aren't*, read fluidity is more townie than scummy. Lol. So saying "I had you as town and then suddenly flipped" is not a scum indicator at all... at best you could argue inconsistent except I spent about every post I made talking about you expressing doubt.

Because I posted a theory about you and asked a question and what I got in response was the equivalent "Ah so you're claiming wolf then, buddy? Good for you expanding that PoE" which it's no wonder I respond the exact same way to in response. You could've just said "Okay, here's my progression, this is why I changed my stance on you, and here's why it's not a contradiction" but instead you started with snark and are only giving me the explanations now after I pushed more.

I'm not responding to any of that individually but yes, you gave me the distinct impression at start of day that you thought I was town. You can argue semantics but when you start with "dels might be town" and then "Jari was a wolf is why I said dels is town" I am assuming you are townreading me, especially when your "complicated thoughts" on me always end you with you essentially still saying I'm fine.

It is a valid question for me to ask why I was considered towny for pushing Jari at the start of the day, then it became "only towny if he was pushing two wolves"

Do you see why I would think that's an issue? Because the day started at "town for pushing jari, not sure if shadow's a wolf" and then it became "only town if he pushed jari *and* shadow"

Cause at first I was going to not reply because replying was effort and I was lazy. But then I realized I can't assume people on this site are good enough to not just scum read my lack of responding, especially with how they treated Shadow, cause site meta is a factor. That's why you got a real response after, you wouldn't have normally.

 

Okay, but I didn't push you, I asked what I felt (and still feel) is a legit question. A pointed question, granted, but for making one post about you, it's an overreaction imo.

Do you understand how, in my eyes, it felt like you started the day calling me town for the Jari push, and I then felt you were recently calling me scummy for the Jari push?

Tbh Dels, I would rather save this discussion for day 3 since deadline is in an hour and we shouldn't distract from the wagons that might actually happen (Tom and Fluff). We are both going to be alive because Priest is getting killed, so its a non issue.
