I watched the whole season in one sitting, and I liked it well enough. I definitely feel that it got better as it went, though.

 

Bumping this thread to share the good news that Disenchantment will be back with what is apparently being billed as the second half of season 1 in September.

While I am a bit surprised to see that the release gets dropped right in the middle of linear tv launch season, I am happy to also report that we will see 20 more episodes for season 2.

Very interested to see what direction the writers will take the series in.

Bean’s shadow looks… well, weird? I haven’t rewatched the first 10 episodes in a while, so does anyone recognise the antlers, for lack of a better word?

Season 2 seems way better so far. Its funnier for sure. Not that far in though.

 

Same. I was only passively watching while hanging out with people, so I didn't pick out too much but a couple scenes interrupted our conversation and made the group turn to watch.

Planning to sit down and churn through the season when I can.

 

Burned through the episodes while I was sick. There were only a few laugh out loud moments, perhaps fewer than the previous season, but the overall level of funny was kept stable and at a high quality of lol. I was grinning a lot more, and cringeing a lot less.

They improved the staggered dialogue delivery too, which was a big problem in season 1.
