Welp it doesn’t look like that’s getting an answer. I get it’s a tactic and is valid, it’s just a crappy wimpy tactic. Like either scum prioritized looking for the other team, cuz how could you not have suspected Keldeo was team one, and forgot about the pr they should have killed from the start, and now they’re too afraid to kill and possibly get caught and counter claim for the endgame blaze. Or they can’t figure out who would be best in final three so they think this is most advantageous.

I guess there could be another reason but my bet is on number one being winner winner chicken dinner.

I still don't understand about the no lynch.

I think today, the first thing to decide is whether we want this game decided by the watcher, and then scum hunt, or just the scum hunt.

1) just the scum hunt
-- watcher claims
1a) counterclaim, scum hunt thunderdome, the two outside have to agree
1b) no counterclaim, watcher conftown, leading the investigation, has to agree with two others

2) force a nightkill
2a) nightkill hits watcher, 3 player scumhunt, free for all, two players have to agree
2b) nightkill hits unwatched player, watcher claims, no counterclaim, watcher conftown, one of the two remaining is scum
2c) nightkill hits unwatched player, watcher claim & counterclaim, outside player is conftown and has to decide
2d) nightkill is watched, watcher claims&counterclaim, outside player decides

3) Don't decide, scum hunt anyway, no watcher claim

Apparently, the mafia among us thinks alternative 1 carries the least risk for them?
1 is better than 2a for us, and the 2b-2d is better than 1 because of the size of the POE, assuming smaller POE is better.

I thought maybe we could do a strategy where everyone says their best watcher guess, and then the watcher claims, and those who don't have it correct are in the POE? But mafia could get lucky and guess correctly, then what?

I think Eidolonic is going to force the game down one of two paths eventually. I just have no idea what to do. I know Empoof is very busy. I kinda don't want to dig down here and force anyone's hand.
