I believe her about her trying to change her playstyle and be more bold as town. I think the way she has multiple automerge posts where she said something and then immediately came back to follow it up speak well for that. I also think the detail of thought she put into why she's want to be scum compared to the lack of detail about wanting to be town looks good. I guess the crux of the read is that I buy the mindset of looking back an old game and wanting to play differently but still having some of those concerns about over-commiting on reads creeping in.

I think I'm just permanently out of sorts. Anyway that contradiction you see is that I felt that the observation itself was forced (that 3 people reacted similarly to new player awkwardness isn't that exciting like a 2 out of 10 on the noteworthy scale) but the handling of it was passive. As in he left it hanging for someone else to run with.

I thought his backing tom's take on the reactions showed that townie sort of confidence since I was calling him out for it.

For other thoughts I don't get the Umami is being Frodo meme take. Feels fairly curious to me. And I have a weak town read on Cuthalion. Though that may just be me accepting the pocket.
