Miner, I realize I’m still emotional about how the last phase occurred and so I could be incorrectly reading into posts you’ve made at the end of phase last day as well as right now. And I realize you might be upset as well, by the position you’ve been put into — but if you’re actually town, I think it would continue to go a long way if you more respectfully interacted with your fellow players and took your position in the game a bit more seriously. Please don’t resign yourself to dying. If you are town and you do that, and we lynch you today, we then are down by a significant margin. It’s unnecessarily doing the rest of a town a disservice.

I will happily engage you on your suspicion of fire among other things, but I implore you to consider how your posts might be interpreted and let’s not advance the state of the thread to any more heated or toxic than it should be in a game about finding out who the liars and killers are.

 

I was very much inclined to put in effort and play for the sake of town and talk about people last day phase, and then people decided that it was faked and boring and wagoned me, so I'm more inclined to play my style and get lynched if necessary. This slot should've died yesterday and the fact that Umami ate a lynch is just wrong, hence why I called it gross. To be honest I didn't realize deadline was at 8 because in all the years I've played on DLP it's traditionally been at 10, so that's why the comments I made at the end of the day were what they were, but it is what it is.

As for fire, I've cased him twice. I genuinely think that if today were day 3 and I had the gun I would've shot him already.

 

I'm gonna reread and take things in again but I want everyone in this thread to know I'm disgusted. We had a good lynch on Miner and as a result of you guys thinking you're all meta as fuck and smarter than the average bear, we lost two town.

Like, whatever, Miner could be town, who cares. What matters is the scum clearly changed votes here.

Sera: I agree with you that it wasn't a great lynch and I was also kinda miffed when I saw that we switched off at the end, but tearing into everyone isn't going to make it more fun for anyone. Grape seems like the sort of person who builds little scenes in his head as a way to work through things (see: don quixote). Part of what I liked about that exchange early on is the same thing I like here: evidence of taking a line drawing, coloring it in, and then talking about it. Often with wolves you'll see this sort of thing in a more... focused way? Like there'll be a little worldbuilding but it's just to dress up the thing they want to convince people of. This feels more like a fully baked image that he's then drawing a conclusion from. It's certainly not enough to make me think he's lock town, but it seems quite natural and I like it.

I don't remember any of fire's posts, to be fair, but I don't think he's unique in the lazily being okay with you getting lynched department. What sets him apart from other people in your mind?

M+ was playing the inconsistencies game with Umami, Keldeo was vaguely doing the same but much more hesitantly. I think I need to just reread all of d1, because I'm looking back and seeing way too many posts I don't actually remember. Have caught up on sleep since mid-d1, so there's that.

By the way, is there actually a way to ISO that I've just forgotten about, or?
