No. It isn't. I looked at each person on the four-player wagon (Sloth, tom, Keldeo, Cuthalion) and their reasoning for their pushes. I looked at my notes on the reads I already had on them. With four players on my wagon, given that I know that I am town, and 3/11 living players who aren't me are mafia, the chance of that wagon being all town is quite low. I townread everyone on that wagon except for Cuthalion.

It's interesting to me that you didn't take the out I presented of "frustrated townie = CFTWR" uhh... if you don't actually feel frustrated I think people are misreading your tone as more aggressive than it is? or something

 

@Osieorb18 that's fair but we're in the EoD crunch now. I think it's reasonable to expect people to have reads informed by recency bias. And activity really isn't AI in a vacuum so I'm not sure why you'd want a random person who doesn't know you (like Cuth) to read you based on it.

I don't see you as crazy scummy here (I see you as flailing for the first time in a while) but given the lack of consensus I see you as a viable compromise.

Maybe we're both just experiencing a different part of the gamestate, because I feel like as a result of town reading Keldeo all game, and the basis of Keldeo being a source of other players' reads on me (most notably tom), I've been particularly attuned in to all the times anyone has not ageed with me on it.

I won't argue about that, I see your interpretation; I just don't see it that way naturally, as I think of it the opposite. I would like to also see more impact myself, with that said.

Perhaps it's because I've had very similar accusations hurled at me when I was playing in a similar way as town throughout my career that I either can better fathom his position or I'm being blinded.

 

No, the basis is that unlike Cuthalion, whose read is convenient but not realistic, and has a lot of disingenuity and dishonesty around it, every other player out of the four on my wagon at the time of last checking has an actual read.

 

My bad, GTH = gun to head, it refers to reads that people make literally in seconds without regards to any specific information.

I just don't understand why you seemingly haven't given any thought to Cuth's evaluation of you being coming from town.

I don't feel good about that Seratin option. Grape also doesn't feel right to me, they're town.

I'm looking at the wagon and trying to judge who seems to have a legitimate read on me. Cuthalion's doesn't develop. It's just a smear job out of nowhere. That's my analysis of him. And I wish I could have done that with a slot that I had more of a prior read on, but part of the reason that I didn't have more of a prior read on him was that he hasn't been present. He hasn't tried to evaluate me.

I'd like to start a counterwagon, in theory, but I also want to lynch Osi above everyone else right now I think. There are others I definitely want to look at more -- namely, fire/Rhand, Sloth, Waco, etc. etc., but none that I would want to start as counterwagons right now.
