Paradox has a pretty big sale with most games and DLC between 30% and 75% off. Stellaris is also free to play until Sunday.

Anyway, GOG has Stellaris 75% off. I played it when it first came out. Was fun. Don't know how the new DLC have changed anything.

We don't have to install it if we don't want to. But when you click the purchase for 0, the free game will still be there under your username.
