To be fair, he should've died Day 2. Had he flipped wolf it's possible that Jarizok wouldn't immediately be slotted as his partner, since I think most of the "they're ww!" noise seemed like it was more because of how Jarizok was acting.

 

Ehhh, Cuth requested we didn't maj, so I think the right thing to do is wait, even if it ends up being nothing.

Advocating for self-dunking is something I fundamentally refuse to do unless there's a mechanical reason to do so, which there should never be unless I've made the mistake of signing up for a bad setup.

THAT SAID, I feel v good about my Dels read right now. Reg/Vaimes/Fonti/Gemma/Dels is a solid pool of like 5 players that you would have to work very very hard to convince me are not villagers right now. Cuth spew may flip this if/when I ever get around to looking into it, but I'm probably at a solid 85-90% confidence there right now.

@tom - There's some truth to what you're saying in that there's just a lot of people doing nothing today, but I think you're exaggerating a bit. Some of the people that voted Cuth yesterday (there were 6 of us, including you) also had scum reads on him. Others had PoE's that suggested he was a hit, some of the players that didn't vote him yesterday are also now looking at PoE's that have him as a hit. Plus the whole "way yesterday played out looks like W/V" and "Not wanting to fight and push against a yeet on Cuth another day in a row and possibly be spending two days saving scum, when they don't town read him" is also a thing. I did want to see more from Dels/Cobalt/Waco/Amy, heck I'd have liked more from Sloth/Rubicon/Gemma when it comes to solving and reads, but we're at the point of the day where it's just...not needed I guess, and can be something that happens tomorrow. I have appreciated you being one of the few people doing things today, that's not gone unnoticed, and there's some stuff you've said that's made me hesitant on just leaving a legacy of "kill Tom tomorrow". Just join us on Cuth so that we definitely don't have any weird stuff happen and yeet doesn't go through, and we'll go over the rest tomorrow.

I'm yeeting Cuth because he's in a situation where he has nothing to lose as town and yet is a complete no show. I couldn't care less about Regfan's read. I saw all the same things in Cuth that Reg did independently of Reg. What are you on about.

 

Honestly, there's no way you believe this. This is wolf!tom recognizing that he looks bad associatively with Cuth and is playing that up in the attempt to push it so far over that it reverses on itself and becomes an antialign.

The reason I'm not as confident that Cuth is a hit as Reg is because I haven't done any real worldbuilding to arrive at that kind of read and I don't think I could get a strong wolf read on Cuth from his ISO alone, I've seen too many villagers give up like this before to think it's impossible that we could be in that world, but I'm also not going to not yeet Cuth because I'm scared of that being the case, if he's town he let himself be yeeted and that's on him. The reason I was leaning towards Jari over Cuth yesterday was because I'm weak, the day we misyeet Cuth is a bad day indeed but at this point it's whatever. I think the gamestate is stupid and terrible and think that Regfan/fonti dominating the discussion and being the only two town voices allowed is a problem but I attribute the problem more to them than to wolves sitting back and allowing the yeet.

 

There is that aspect of it too.
