I agree with what Cobalt said about tom claiming JOAT here just being exactly what he'd do as scum knowing the entire town was saying yesterday they'd yeet him. Also his posts just feel like "Why am I the one getting heat for my Jari vote when so many other people voted there too"

I think this might be the right call? But honestly, I don't see anything wrong with chain-yeeting tom and amy in any particular order until we hit scum. Ideally we'll hit it on the first, but we're still in a good place if we don't, unless I'm missing something.

@all : is the "you can doc consecutively but not the same player" guideline for JOATs the common standard that would be expected?
Never been one before nor do I have a lot of experience so I don't know.

to explain why I'm voting Amy instead of tom: Tom said he couldn't protect Reg twice in a row (though he can doc twice consecutively). This is what I was told in my PM as well, but I don't think I saw it in the opening post. If I'm wrong, let me know.

This also ties back to why I'm asking how normal such restrictions are on JOATs. If it's normal, then yeah, tom just assumed. If it's not, tom just might be the JOAT?

 

Like, you say there's a cc between tom/Ampharos as if Sloth is magically confirmed town somehow, and I'm expected to assume he's town because you have an antialign there. It's annoying and I don't even wanna talk about it because you're probably just right anyway and you spent more time on this game than me by an order of magnitude.

 

Um. I'm pretty sure the reason Sloth is confirmed town is because he's the only one claiming a save on night 2, which there was no kill on. So he has to be telling the truth.

 

I'll let others weigh in about mechanics of a Joat am not actually sure.

@Gemma - sloth is clear, is the only person claiming the n2 doc save. Amy and Tom are cc'ing the N3 doc save.

 

Also, this setup has been used for a dozen Champs games now on MU so I'm pretty sure both tom and Amy would be aware of how the JOAT stuff works.

 

Honestly I wish I was a wolf at this point, throw me in with tom and put me to the gallows.
