Amount of WIM from Tom is just straight impressive regardless of his alignment here.

He's got me actually contemplating putting the JOATs aside for a day phase and wanting to go elsewhere, even when there's just a lot that makes Amys claim look legitimate (Flip of read on Tom D1->D2 and way it was phrased fitting with a motion detect, the "i'm good" thing today being a hardclaim of the N3 save without knowing who they were up against, being the first to claim today without knowing who they'd be up against).

Think I'll spend some time maybe going through some of the Amy/X worlds in some more depth and at least trying to narrow down the possibilities more or seeing if I find one that I think can really exist; if we're yeeting Tom today then we probably win in all Tom/X worlds, so it's the Amy ones that are more dangerous.

I'll keep the never tinfoil Vaimes read in mind, but I really just don't agree with this sort of perspective read on Waco /shrug. And your whole "Town never win without changing it's perspective" is kind of eh to me, I think if you're town and we misyeet you others need to start putting more effort into scumhunting and things, yes. But all of yesterday, and a lot of D2 several of us have had Cuth as highly likely/locked scum, and were correct. A lot of us came into today with "exactly 1 of Tom/Amy are scum, not both" and that's been correct. I don't think we're misreading the gamestate too badly?

I'm willing to lock in Fonti as one of those townies. On the reread Amy/Fonti are definitely not W/W. Tom/Fonti also definitely not W/W.

It is based on the first two days, based on the big push from fonti on Amy saying that meta wise they remind them of her, and that this game she thinks they're mafia, and then Amys entrance and everything that ensued from there.

Shrug, maybe Tom has a point re; Waco/Amy in that Amy fake claiming JOAT, then suggesting a plan of yeeting outside the JOATs and having Tom/Amy on Sloth, and then saying that their biggest preference to the yeet today is Waco...is kind of a Bad Plan as scum since Waco yeet makes the game unwinnable. It's not a strong thing I guess in that in an Amy/Waco world well they've super boxed in and can't really do much more.

I'm going back to bed. I'm not opposed if you want to just hammer Tom today. I also wouldn't be super unhappy if people wanted to yeet Waco and put off making a decision between the JOATs. He's someone where if he's town I'm just not going to be able to clear him and he'll just be an inevitable yeet at some point, I don't have a better yeet suggestion outside of Waco that's not in the JOATS and there's limited crossover I think between Tom/X, and Amy/X worlds. I think we're in a good spot here even if we miss, and I don't think I can ever even really consider yeeting Amy over Tom here, I think play wise & moreso claim wise I think it's Tom>Amy.

Legacy read if something somehow goes sour is that Fontis town, don't tinfoil that one.
