Cobalt's obviously not been playing like tom's partner today on a lv1 level but I kinda don't think hardbussing tom is a terrible strategy for partners, and the Cuth spew doesn't look super great for him.

Rubi I thought looked like a weird fit with Cuth/tom based on some specific interactions from D1 but I'm willing to rescind that in light of the strength of Reg's read.
