I can only imagine what kind of elaborate web of lies they'll have after the next twenty four years of this franchise. Nothing but respect to be honest.

How much more oblivious do you have to be, ladies and germs? The truth has been in our face for years: all eggs materialize out of the ether.

Arceus made pokemon in his image, after all. And how was he born? From an egg, in a void.

Never played X and Y, but from an aesthetic point of view they feel like they should be switched.

Just color-wise, I'd agree. Yveltal, though, represents life and creation, which I'd put more towards warm. Xerneas is destruction, and that seems towards cold.

Nope, it's the opposite. Xerneas is the Life Pokémon, Yveltal the Destruction Pokémon.

I knew, I just.. kinda switched them somehow, which is just the stupidest thing when it was the whole point of the post. Shame.

Is this where I point out that the first in the naming conventions (e.g. Red and Blue, Sun and Moon) is generally on the 'warm' path except for generations IV and VIII? And that XY fits this?

    Anyway, for Rehio:

Not sure how well known this is, but I just found it out and thought it was pretty cool. The various regions of the Pokemon universe are based on real-life parts of the Japan archipelago:

Well, the first four. The later regions are based on France, New York, Hawaii, and the UK.
