    I saw this premise in a plot dump and I found that I really liked it. This is basically where Harry gets desperate enough that he takes down Voldie with himself (Harry dying isn’t a must, but I like the premise of him sacrificing himself to take down Tom. Therefore, I would like it more if Harry dies) whether by explosion, AK or other stuff. I tried to search for it on google, but the only things that came up were smut, romance and kissing. Ew. Generally I don’t want romance fics, but a teeny bit of slash is alright. Just not the main point of the story. And absolutely no Tom/Harry.

    It's really long, and at the climactic final battle, Harry takes down Voldemort.

    If you want a story where Harry gets more badass than canon and fights LV 1 on 1, eventually taking him out, there are... uh, literal shit tons of those? Harry is usually portrayed as OP/Indy!Harry in the more poorly written ones. Though granted many of them get abandoned before he gets to the climatic LV fight.

    Try the Denarian Series by Shezza? It's a crossover but it's fun and has a lot of badass combat, even if Harry is a little shit sometimes.

    Also use Scryer to search for fanfic, not google.

    I think maybe they are, but they said they don't care if Harry dies or not... so sort of what happened in canon, except with Harry actually fighting and taking LV out, instead of LV taking himself out via poorly forecast love shenanigans.

    Harry dies during/after the final confrontation in A Cadmean Victory and Antithesis (sort of).

    Getting to the end is kinda hard though. Harry is a prick in the first one, and Antithesis is extremely angsty.
