I'm not really sure I can put my finger on it either. It's... it's not a "pretty" sequence, in some respects. It's sort of sharp-edged feeling (don't ask me what that means, I don't really have an answer), but in an internally coherent way. It has a certain kind of nuance to it.

I forgot how much I hated ISO'ing on here. The chopped posts are quite annoying.

Anyway the most notable thing to me was the utterly ridiculous 1v1 OMGUS on Fonti. And I have no idea what to make of it. It's just pure reflexive nonsense.

His "not touching today" list in 287 is pretty bad though. It's both very safe and consensus'y but also has a couple of wild and unjustified inclusions. Notably Waco and Fluff. They are set aside over pretty much nothing. He can't even remember his reasoning for Waco in the post which is very meh.

I guess I'd lump him but Lyric is a much scummier option.

 

Actually, the fluff and Waco reads are probably decent and one of the townier thing Vaimes has done. Fluff is a very weird read and likely town here for reasons we can get into later, assuming he keeps it up.
