Day One Ends!​

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, you're all too busy standing around the village fountain casting suspicious glances at each other to really notice the sun shining and the birds chirping.

Fuck sunshine, there are witches to kill, seems to be the prevailing attitude in the village.

Eventually, as the sun starts to go down, a few of you start making less and less subtle remarks about heading to the pub, so you decide you might as well kill someone off.

"You know, they say in every group of friends, there's at least one person who's capable of murder," says [playername]. "I suspect it's Yeavoxxtalknah, so let's kill him before he can cause any harm."

People seem to think it's a fine idea indeed, and Yeavoxxtalknah is brutally eliminated. A few of you feel bad about it, but there are drinks to be had and it's getting dark.

Meanwhile, Lissa is off in the corner frantically hugging a panda. It's super uncomfortable. The panda doesn't seem to mind, though. It looks like Lissa and the panda are becoming fast friends.

As Yeavoxxtalknah's limbs stop spasmodically twitching (because of his gruesome death - you monsters), you all amble into the bar for a night of drinking and carousing and passing out in your beds. Don't worry, nothing bad will happen after you pass out.

Hungover and bleary-eyed, you stumble into the village square, ready to begin the day's task of hunting evildoers until you get bored and/or lazy and/or thirsty.

Lissa skips into view, arm-in-arm with Lump the Friendly Panda. You collectively and silently decide that the less said about that, the better.

Yeahvoxxtalknah's body is still laying in town square, and someone suggests that it should probably be removed before it starts to become all smelly and gross.

After shotgunning some coffee like the heathens you are (and disposing of the corpse), you realize something surprising. Your number is the same that it was.

Please don't, I think Lissa is prob town and I know I am so no sleepwalking pls. Let me get back in the game. I had a messy eod for rl reasons, was super out of the loop and got emotional at being wrongly tunneled. I see why my associations with lyricslash don't look great, but it's not that easy.
(Lolselfmeta but) I think if I was wolfing with that slot I would not have given the early against-the-grain townread on them only to halfheartedly vote them later. I'd either bus harder for better optics, or maybe push someone else much more committedly (until the claim is outed at which point I'd prob awkwardly hop on)

This is the kind of thing I just can't deal with tbh. I really hope you're a wolf here because being basically treated as a lock wolf incorrectly is the shittiest feeling. The last time someone did this to me as town (Frog, in a game cuth and lissa were in) I felt like I couldn't post a single thought without being shut down. And being treated like a redflip and analyzed for spew that didn't exist because I was town. It's gaslighting and it's awful. Give me a chance to solve here. Yes this is kind of ATE but it's also general game philosophy/strategy that I believe is important. Deathtunnels are almost never optimal. Examining all sides and allowing all voices to say their piece is key to many town victories ime.

So. I'm definitley biased here but I can easily see scum motive in fonti here. But people with meta on her seem to think she's town and maybe her progression on visor wasn't a bus. If she's just a tunneling townie and my suspicions there are unfounded, then the names I have the least reason to townread are Waco and Fluff. I keep waffling on grape (and he's also anti-me at eod...)

I am varying levels of comfortable calling the following players town until further notice:

I'm feeling decent about the poe approach if I can get myself reasonably cleared. Towncoring successfully feels great but it can be frustrating if the people I trust don't trust me back.

Anyone have remotely strong feelings about Waco or Fluff?
