As someone who typically dislikes mechanics, these mechanics are actually pretty cool and well thought through.

 

Posting mainly to say I have read and acknowledged everything since the start of the day and Fluffiness being in the POE makes sense given reads elsewhere.

Factually not true. I pushed Lyric before Gira (though it was effectively simultaneous. My push started in the first post after the double post by Lyric.

What about it was opportunistic beyond you thinking it happened after Gira started it?

I just reread from lissa/visor coming in to eod and literally everyone else except for visor/fluff/waco came into thread and posted natural reasonable things that just checked out and flowed from their povs. Fluff... posted a few times, waco just wasn't there so it's maybe not an entirely fair comparison but given that at the very least it's 2/3 and thread consensus was fairly reasonably aligned around those reads I think it's a pretty salient perspective/approach to reading given our level of information.

Can we please just chainyeet through Fluff and Waco and then only start bickering again and tinfoiling highly improbably worlds if they're not just both wolves? Shelving the pet wolfreads can only lead to a more pleasant experience.

Like, it takes a lot of oomph to muscle through a sudden broadside to the face, even if that's just public opinion turning from villagers onto you all of a sudden towards the end of the day (and it was the classic intense but roaming fonti-style pressure a lot of d1). Even if it's not exactly those three, it seems very unlikely that it's not at least two, and in that circumstance you've gone from not being particularly suspected/being able to hide in the crowd to being in a pretty awkward position at a pretty awkward time of day. It's hard to continue on with a genuine narrative as if that wasn't a major blow to your morale, and it's hard to genuinely do things like strongly push or defend villagers without giving away nerves. It takes a tremendous amount of self-control to muscle down and recognize that the best you can do is keep going and solidify the picture of the world you're delicately painting for the villagers even if you know that's gonna be blown apart by flips/counter-claims, and I think Waco and Fluff stand out as the two people who didn't do what would be the most difficult and crucial thing as a wolf there (again, waco was absent, but).

 

It's late and I basically just said the same thing two or three times but with mostly different words, sort of, so.

Hmm okay; given 215, operating under the assumption that Cuth was a priest hunt seems about right!!

For which it does feel like more of a hail mary-type shot where the last two can't be in good positions and are taking shots in the dark, and makes me think we're probably still on the right path? Though that's not anything new!!!

That being said, asking for clarification on the read in this particular fashion does feel like a rather odd path to go down as mafia, if you already know he'll be clear!!!!

 

Meh, I'm not really sure about how much the strength of it factors in that much? For me it's moreso... vibes of not already knowing that Cuth would be cleared off of that, which mafia would immediately know!!

Okay so how on earth do you read fluffiness anyway??? Because it's feeling more like it's "leave for now and then default kill when not feeling strongly enough about other people" versus actual content or lack thereof, as it's felt quite similar for both toDay and yesterDay!!!
