    For what it's worth, I would assume at best you could take 100 off for each year from the last time the Flamingo-ing happened. So, 'since joined' for the first time, then 'since the last time Flamingo'd' for the next times. Maybe he might get 100 off, by that metric.

    Otherwise, people just Flamingo at a faster and faster rate. Eventually thirty years down the line, it just becomes a competition of how quickly the mods can update people's profiles as they spam post to be Flaming-ized. Sheer chaos and madness!
