The true nature of Bob is being revealed bit by bit now. The French unspeakables and Gabriel Delacour is interesting. The Zabinis being realted to Delacours too.

It's great to finally have the Zabini talk teased since second year. The interpretations of the prophecy by the death cult is interesting.

Finally, we're getting into the plot of the story.

 

It's a problem with the site actually. The update shows on the ffn app but not on the site. It's the same with some other fics too, like Ashes of Chaos.

I still read every chapter when they're updated and I think this is probably one of the better fanfics currently updating.

 

Yeah, still following updates. I think its the only fic I'm actively following it at the moment. As you say its got a litany of problems, but then again so does literally every fanfic. And despite the problems, this fic has managed to keep me engaged.

 

I read the chapter where Pettigrew escapes and I have to say, The Sinister Man writes fantastic villains.

Btw, I feel like this fic is good enough to escape Almost Recommended now.

 

To those of you who have been checking fanfiction.net links and getting more annoyed looking for chapter 42, the newest chapter is up on AO3 with no issues.

Nice to get a bit of development on the Zabini plot line. And I enjoyed Jim's participation in the birthday party, a bit of comeuppance without being too cruel.

 

This fic makes me wonder if there's something wrong with me. I've read so many stories better than this, yet this is the one story I actively follow. PoS is like a Taylor Swift song that you hear in the mall and can't get out of your head.

 

Yeah I find the fic to beengaging and I follow it. Not up there with the greats, but I still get excitedwhen I see an updatein my inbox and that is good enough for me.

I'm glad he's decided to bring in so many folk on the prophecy, I was worried that was going to be handled by him alone as a secret, and similarly the stuff going on with his scar.

 

Yah Harry isn't the go it alone type that is Jim's style. It is a very mature decision that Harry made and helps further divide the two brothers.
