Soo. I killed Moder earlier today on the server... Did not realize the special events like the ground is shaking is based on the boss defeated. So, guessing drakes or something might be possible now.

From what we can tell as he did the lvl 4 boss but we didnt do lvl 3, it is still only regestering as lvl 2 at the moment.

But we think that when we do Bonemass it may jump up 2 levels and not just 1.

For now its fine but lets wait and see.

 

He's so cozy and warm in there, surrounded by all the fire! He LOVES it!!

Also we sent off the in-game new year's with a bang.

Sort of. During storms (at least out at sea) you can see a figure riding around on what seems to be a chariot pulled by a pair of something or other. It also constantly spits small bolts of lightning. It's implied to be Thor.

This appears to be client side, no change needed on server and would allow us to share our maps with each other.

 

I have so many wolves, someone please take some. Every sound in a half mile radius at my main base is awoo's and the death explosion SFX.

 

There are a few map mods out there. Some are client side, some are server side. Many of the client side mods require everyone to have the mod for it to work properly (such as one linked to in the discord that allows you to create a map 'table').

This mod seems to work for anyone who has it installed, not necessarily everyone. You just press F10 when you are close to someone with the mod installed and your map is shared with them. I'll install it tonight and test it with someone if they are interested (they will need to install the mod as well).
