Obscurial Harry Potter.
What if Harry Potter become an Obscurial at the young age of 6.
What if Newt Scamander was sent to Surry to deal with a Magical creature attack but while there found a 6 year old Obscurial Harry.
What if Newt raised Harry along with Tina and helped him control the Obscurial.
How would this all play out, how would this affect the final battle of Hogwarts, the Triwizard tournament and many other aspects, would this affect the House he got into when he goes to Hogwarts.
The pairing for this is Harry Potter and Luna Lovegood.

Oh and Newt and Tina look the same as they do in the movies due to all the Magical beasts and plants they work with.
Also I think it would be cute if Harry had a Pet Niffler.

Oh and one last thing... A Dark Lord with the power of an Obscurial... now that shall be interesting.

I tried watching the first fantastic beast film, but fell asleep halfway through. Might try it again, if th Dumbledore vs Grindelwald Duell is epic enough.

Dumbledore vs Grindelwald is the least epic thing in all of Wizarding World movies.

I have a soft spot for FB1 because removing one character (and his entire storyline and all the other characters that were part of that storyline) would have made a really solid - in my opinion - film. Not a masterpiece or anything, but a solid action adventure wizard movie.

FB2 and 3 get progressively worse, but I can't say there is nothing in them worth seeing. I just wish that good elements weren't weighed down by all the stupid crap. The character of Credence Barebone is the biggest problem with these movies for me and it has nothing to do with the actor.

 

Did the Dumbledore vs Grindelwald Duell already happen? That's about the only thing I have been looking forward to in those movies.

 

The duel from the Chocolate Frog card didn't happen, but the 3rd movie bombed hard so I doubt we're getting another one.

 

Heavens forbid Rowling let someone else write the script for the FB movies too. Maybe it she told someone some of the backstory they could’ve made a more coherent story.

I‘ve only seen the first one, which, yeah, was pretty decent.

Except for the decision to cast Johnny Depp as Grindlewald for the last 5 seconds anyway, that was a big yikes for me.

As for Obscurial HP… The stories I like to read focus on exploring magic and the setting. An obscurial story would shift the story’s focus to Harry‘s shitty childhood.

Which, personally, I‘m not that interested in reading about.
