Yes, except all those pesky British citizens living in the pre-revolutionary colonies with their slaves. Lets also not forget that the American Civil War was NOT about slavery. Yes, slavery was a major issue that lead to the civil war; it was not, however, the core issue of the American Civil War. Now, this is another one of those fics where the summary isn't horrible, but the plot it summarizes is. The thing is, that much like you can't look away from an approaching train wreck...I had to read this fic to see how bad it was.

Sadly, the measly 2.2k words don't even get to Yoda snatching Harry.

It's hilarious, I read it in my Keith/Dorothy hating days(that hasn't changed much) and it pretty much sums up a pedophile's fantasy. Harry gets up behind her -of course the house is nudist as it's Kinsfire- and, believing she is Hermione, starts banging the hell out of her. Finally, she moans 'Dan'(as you can't have a Hermione's parents story without them being named Dan and Emma) and Harry flips, cutting his own wrists! It's priceless!

Anything to do with vampires. I'm sorry to say but there have been very few stories where this turned out good. Rahkesh can have bumsecks with the uber!vamps all he wants.

Anything nonHarry centric.

Anything not centered around magic.

Multiple crossovers in the same fic.

Am I the only one who hates soul-mates, magnetic-pull and that FUCKING mind-link where the girl (usually Weasley-slut or Hermione) can hear what Harry is thinking?

I honestly cannot understand the need to develop a mind-link after the very first fuck or even just the first kiss (no kidding I have seen one). Think how disgusting it will be if one of them tries to shit while other is just starting on his breakfast!!!!!! The mixed thoughts should be very nice.

Oh and some interesting theories on how to do Occlumency properly- Imagine dragons, basilisks, griffins, skrewts etc etc patrolling around your mind dome made of reinforced steel with moats inside which has crocs, sea-snakes............ WTF? They make it sound as if someone who is attacking the mind comes with wand, grenades, guns and what not, prepared for months of siege and infiltration.
