This is a one-shot Deatheater!Harry fic that takes place after Order of the Phoenix. I'm not particularly fond of ships, so the pairing isn't the main focus. Plus, Harry has a couple more things to worry about than a deceased girlfriend.

Harry's character is pretty cannon-compliant and the angst is kept down to a minimum, a plus IMO.

There is also a sequal, and I'm trying to find it. 4.2/5

The sequel you are looking for is Trinity: Lovers.

Here, Hermione turns to the Dark Arts in order to seek revenge on Harry for killing Ron.

Its very well-written, with a rather grim ending.

4/5 for TB, and 5/5 for TL.

 

THey werent really bad stories, in my opinion. Just WAY too angsty.

4/5 for both.

 

I fucking hated the tense in the first story.

 

These were both great one shots, though the way the first one was written was almost enough to make me stop reading it. It was well worth it though, lots of great turns and a certain savageness to it that made it excellent. 4/5 for both only because the ending of the second one killed only one of them.

 

What do you mean by killed only one of them? Because both Harry and Hermione died at the end. Unless you mean the Malfoys of course.

 

3/5, a point off for Ron giving Harry a blowjob. Seriously, what the fuck? Why the hell did Harry choose that of all things to prove his dedication?

I'd give a 4/5, but the author should get shafted for the random bit of slash there. She was doing so well there, but the fangirl instinct finally got her.

I'm actually surprised no one else has mentioned it.

Yeah, ok. I'm sure Harry would logically choose Imperio'ing Ron to give him a blowjob in front of Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters as the best way to prove his allegiance.

 

I missed that bit, oh dear.

Still a good story however 4/5.

 

Interesting portrayal of Harry, but entirely too agnsty for my tastes. If that floats your boat, go for it, but like Amerision mentioned, it was a bit on the much side for me. I mean, going emo enough to not only fuck over your best friend mentally but physically? Yuck.

3/5- interesting, but don't bother if you don't like suicidal!Harry.

 

Oh, no I ment Hermione, didn't realize that she died I just assumed that she had passed out or something since I don't believe it specifically said that she died, I read it late though so I could be quite wrong.

 

That's the last sentence in the story. Which spell do we know of that has a colour similar to that of Harry's eyes, I wonder?

Couple this to the fact that Lucius Malfoy had originally intended for Draco to kill her when everything is done, and I believe Hermione's fate at the end is clear.

 

Fangirl crap imo. I'll give it 1.4/5 cause the angst and slash are presented in a somewhat original fashion.

 

Both the original fic and its sequel aren't up anymore. While they're on the author's page, both links 404.

 

Eh - I assume it's another one of these problems with their fic intake system.
