It's either one of Jim's lackeys, Jim himself (though I doubt it, the writing style is different), or a poor banned fuck who's coming back to rant.

Considering he knows of what goes on in IRC, I'm assuming it's the last, as Jim never comes on IRC, nobody on IRC really likes Jim, and that you have to be a previous member to really get a gist of what we talk about in there.

Of course, it could also be one of our own just trolling for lulz...

 

It reads like ChuckDaTruck's PM to Vash. Therefore, I think it's probably one of our own.

 

I"m guessing that he's assuming Vash knows who he is which is why it's a new account. So he doesn't reveal 'their' argument to the rest of us. The 'lol' comment actually has a point though I think. More to the site as a whole than Vash in specific however. A great many of the 'eldest' members tend to deride the new members for using 'leet' speak. Isn't the 'lol' abbreviation part of the net speak that you deride?

Regardless I dunno why all of you find that part funny, I thought the fact that he repeated himself a couple of times on being sorry for calling Vash (of all people) out to be hilarious. When has Vash (Or do you prefer Machiavelli?) Ever bothered to apologize for calling someone out on a point that he found stupid/Childish/Ignorant/LOL worthy/retarded, or any of the other adjectives he uses? (No offense Vash, it's one of the things I like about you.)

Well, whatever that was, it was funny.

 

I wrote this to Vash around the time of Labor Day Weekend thing with the issue from Turn Me Loose.

But I didn't create this thread. That means Vash did.

And Vash, an open letter is traditionally signed. If not then its no longer "open," also, I PMed this to you. If it was Open, I would have posted it myself. This is a "Publicized" letter.

Anyway, this was written at the time of the confrontation regarding Turn Me Loose. Not recently. Check the dates in the review section to find out the dates. I'm to lazy.

But Vash knows this is up. He posted it. I don't know WHY he posted it, or why he did so under a different name. But only he got this PM, and it wasn't publicized elsewhere. So, I can say that based on all reasonable assumptions, Vash did this.

The only reasons that quickly come to mind for Vash's delayed response is:

A.) He's bored, and has decided to use this cause excitement.
B.) He's so busy, he didn't have long enough to do this, and he had doubts about doing it.

Either way, his delayed response is curious.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, and assume he actually considered his actions. Either way, I don't care, and I'm not inclined to investigate his motives. I got too many other things going on ATM.

P.S. For the record, I don't like Vash, but I don't think this is a surprise to anybody. I have NO idea why he chose to release this now, though.

Theoretically, if I had done it, which I will confess to not doing, it would have been Option A.

But after going through some old PM's I found it, showed it to a few people, someone posted it after we had many lawlz over it.

I have considered my actions very seriously since this incident and I can only come to one conclusion. You are right. I have failed in my duty. I have not been stupid enough, obstinate enough, pugnacious enough, or arrogant enough.
