Well... I just finished reading it .. if you think your fic sucked, then FF.net should have about 10 fics all in all posted..

 

By far the best HP/SW crossover I've ever read, and I've read a few. I like how you've described the Force Wounds, though I had no idea what they were before today, and how Padme is attracted to Harry instead of Anakin.

Its not gonna turn Anakin good and its gonna give the battle on the lava planet (I can never remember the name) an extra dimension. Though Anakin's reason for going Dark Side was to save Padme from dieing in child birth, would it just be hate of Harry this time or something else?

Really really enjoyed this fic, a massivse pity that it seems abandoned. By far the best HP/SW cross-over about.

 

Most parts of this fic is are great, but some parts are confusing.

 

All-in-all not bad. Bonus points for use of the word "nefarious" in the opening.

 

I know you've probably heard this before but this really is the best SW crossover I have read. Initially I was uncomfortably with ultra forgiving Harry but it became easier to deal with it. Force wound idea is great, connection with Revan too, I want to see what it will mean eventually. Also, having HP take the old oath was a great move.

I would like to see more magic, it seems he has given it up. I was expecting, hoping, he would freak out a few by using the force in that manner.

Anyway, don't know if you will ever come back to this, but if you do it seems you will still have a following.

 

It is the only HP/SW fic i can stand Reading, It is a real shame you ended it.

 

my goodness. this fic is old. really old and abandoned. i don't know about you but are people bringing in old fics and thats what i see. In this fic there has only been 11 chapters and hasn't been updated for over probobly a year now.

There really isn't any other new fics out there are there?

Great fic, I'd love to see an update on it. I actually enjoyed his explanations of Revan and Nihilus, it seemed plausible, and besides, it is AU...

 

If this fic has been abandoned, then that's nothing short of a crime... I wonder if a KotoR/HP cross is doable then?

 

Harry Potter and the Dying Embers by Kalistar is a KotOR/HP cross, and is also in the library, under the same subforum as Harry Potter and the AotC.

 

i am actually very sad to see this fic given up on fanfic.net. Murkweil... whatever the name is had created a very good and well written. you would have to play Kotor to truly realize the story behind it and the changes he made to the Kotor plot. If there any other fics of this caliber and genre somebody please email me. this fic is truly one of the better fics to exist.

 

I agree because I find this twist to a harry potter star wars cross over to be very unique especially when you add the idea of force wounds. Having harry and padme to form a bond is the first time I've seen it occur. I wish there were more stories like this out there. If there are can someone send me a pm or even just post a few on this thread?

 

Hey, this was a great fic. Specially as it wouldn't have Harry going back to HP-universe. Thats always a plus in my book. Most of the times it becomes boring that Harry learns some great skill which is totally outside the domain of magic and then uses it against Voldy n all.
I have been searching for good SW crossovers, and this was one of the best that i found. I was also looking forward to Harry/Padme pairing, would have def. made things much more interesting.
Isn't there anyone who can pick this up and do it some justice....or atleast bug the author to take it up again.

 

I enjoyed this fic immensely when it was first published. I was really disappointed as well, when he seemed to encounter his premature demise... Hopefully he might update in the next...decade or so...
