Like it's her fault they cast a hottie for Hermione and a "Weasley" for Ginny.

 

Probably, Evanna Lynch got the bleach treatment too after all.

But Jessie's a blonde in these photos, not platinum but still in the range of blonde. And I'd prefer Lavender not to look like another Malfoy spawn or a Lovegood spin-off around the head. A darker honey color would be good.

Honestly, she isn;t that far off what I immagined Lav to be from the books. And call me crazy, but I always pictured her more brunette then blond dispite the description in the books (this is comming from the man who found the movie-Tonks to be the exact picture of my imagination, and the portayed Voldemort being nothing like I thought he would be...)

Why do WB hate Daniel so much? Honestly, I think he's a bit of a prat, but I wouldn't punish my worst enemy with Bonnie... On that note, everyone like the new still image for the trailer? The one where Ginny is right at the back, behind Luna. Love it!

I can't help but think who would have played Ginny had the director known that there was a planned romance between Harry and Ginny. JKR just totally fucked over Dan.

Honestly, I think replacing Bonnie Wight is permissible, even taking into account movie continuity.

Hopefully, this will inspire top-notch acting in Dan, as he will want to get the takes over with so that he can spend a mininum of time around Bonnie.

 

I don't really think that the casting crew knew that Bonnie would turn out as she did. When they casted her first she was a kid and there was a chance that she would turn out decent looking. The HP Gods were not kind to Bonnie Wright. Maybe it is because they don't like Ginny either.

If they want to make a decent HBP or DH movie they have to recast her. Otherwise Daniel would not be able to really get into making the relationship believable. Not that he could by book standards, they would have to include some more scenes and change some.

Actually, it would be far better if the director got permission, removed Ginny from the spotlight and make a Harry/Fleur relationship in the last two movies. Then if there was any complain from the Ginny fans, she could be paired off with Bill to keep the fortune in the family.

 

Anybody else expect a surge of HP/LB fics after the sixth movie? Not that it's neccessarily a good thing... (Who wants Harry to be getting Ron's sloppy seconds?)

PS: If Bonny really is reading these forums, she must think we're fucking nuts. 'Who wants Harry to be getting Ron's sloppy seconds?' what normal person would say that.

Hm, replacing Bonnie Wright? Do it with Susie Shinner. Justify our love of Harry/Lily, damn you. And quality acting from Radcliffe? You need to give an actor/actress room to manoeuvre. With such a clearly-established role, and expectations from Fangirls Like You, there's no room to manoeuvre, no reason nor incentive to improve the acting.

A. Our H/L love needs no justification, and B. It would never happen.

I second that. And with that being said, I think the director should take a step further by allowing Narcissa to join the fun, which would be shortly followed by an excited Bellatrix joining in.

Not only would Harry be supporting MILF, he'd also finally live up to his god given title.
