Ok, just spent the last hour looking through the shit that seems to be never-ending at FF.Net, and not ONCE have I seen a true Bellatrix/Harry fic.

Every single story I looked at had Harry staying Light-sided and abhorring the Dark Arts, as well as Bellatrix being under the Imperious/a Mind Control Potion, so innocent of everything she has done *rolls eyes*. Am I the only one who remembers that the Dark Arts need to be meant - someone who is being controlled wont mean what they are doing.

Can anyone recommend me a story where Bellatrix is actually the character portrayed in character - a dark, sick minded, insane bitch?

'Cause it seems like fanon has destroyed one of the few characters in HP that I like anymore.

 

Only Enemies has a good sadistic/insane Bellatrix, with a great dark!Harry as well. Very well written, but unfortunately the only one I can think of at the moment.

It was, I think it may have been one of Nonjon's, I can't remember which.

 

It was probably A Black Comedy, and it was probably Sirius or Harry taunting Remus.

Times like these I'm glad I can shut off my brain . Completely stop any mental images whatsoever, which is very handy when browsing S&P .

Yeah. Stories with twisted, psycho, megalomaniacal, and not-right-in-the-head Bella-s generally don't ensue Harry/Bella pairings.
It's a shame, though.
