    Kenpachi; Hitsugaya is good, but Kenpachi is the captain of the combat-oriented division for a reason. He would tear Hitsugaya to shreds before the kid could even activate bankai. The real challenge is:

    Zaraki Kenpachi (without limiters) VS Kuchiki Byakuya?

    It would probably be a tie/draw. Anyway, I think it would be safe to assume that Byakuya is stronger, if slightly, since it was obvious that Ichigo had harder time fighting the head of Kuchiki family.
