Well first off... Oro did take over Sasuke it looks like... for all of 12 seconds. LOL.

Instead of running for it... which would have been smart.. he tried to duke it out with Itachi and got sealed into a sake gourd for his trouble. :facepalm

Guess we know how Kabuto will get back with Oro... he'll go on a drinking binge with Itachi.

Anyway... on to the meat of this chapter.

And meaty it is indeed in terms of what it says about Sasuke.

Not only has Sasuke given into Oro's offers of power, he let oro take him over ... thus sacrificing his pride and trying to let Oro intervene in the battle for him when it looks like all is lost.

Sasuke has just been Broken in this one moment. He had his resolve shaken in a moment of weakness and he folded like wet newspaper and accepted the first offer of help he got.

Sasuke ends the chapter utterly spent of chakra, and on his knees while Itachi has Susanoo and a spirit blade that one hit from will send you into Genjutsu land for eternity.

Things are NOT looking good for Sasuke... he needs a senzu bean, stat!

Will Kishimoto utterly punk out and rescue Sasuke in some utter bullshit way to continue his hyping?

Or will he show some balls and give Sasuke a much needed ass whooping.

I'm hoping for the ass whooping. :twisted: It's the only way he's gonna learn to stop relying on the fucking Sharingan and the power that OTHER PEOPLE give him.

Foo... I'm thinking that the fight is drawing to a close. Sasuke's on his knees, he's got no jutsu juice left. What's he gonna do? Try and Stab Itachi with his sword without chakra to power it?

Unless Sasuke pulls something utterly implausible out of nowhere... then he's done.

And even if he does... he's up against Susanoo which is able to hit you and do the equivilent of a death god summon to you.

Sasuke is great for fights where he can plan stuff out or where he's up against the small fry or ones that are as strong as him..... but most of the time when he faces a powerful opponent... he chokes.

 

In my opinion, Sasuke is gonna get owned here by Itachi. He pulled out the ace up his sleve, got desperate, used a very powerful move that took up all his chakra and it didn't work.

But I cant see him getting killed off/eyes taken out, it should happen, but its not gonna.

Someone (Naruto? I fucking hope not) is gonna interupt the fight at the last second, saving Sasuke.

 

A quick note: Sasuke's last technique didn't really take any chakra. The dragon certainly did, but the lightning attack was just Sasuke directing nature's energy. According to the quotes by the characters, that didn't take any chakra. The reason he can't do it again is not due to lacking energy on his part, but instead because nature has no more of that energy for him to focus.

Which is precisely why Naruto is going to intervene at the last second. In case you haven't noticed, Part II has been little more than a giant "Fuck You" to readers like us. :|

Seriously tho, my money is either on Orochimaru surviving the hit and fighting directly from sasuke's body or Madara coming to kick Itachi's ass.

 

Is it possible for Orochimaru to survive that? It's the super-awesome sword of impossible, after all. Isn't Orochi going to perma-sleep now?

Yeah i kinda noticed that, I just hope Itachi doesn't end up dying, my fav bad guy atm. Mainly cause he pisses of Sasuke so much

 

I heard the Kusanagi is considered the greater sword than the one Itachi used. So I think that Sasuke is going ot get his Kusanagi and WTFPWN Itachi.

 

I think it's more likely that Sasuke will survive this one, as Kishimoto has..

Uchiha Syndrome

 

Someone or something is going to stop Itachi from killing Sasuke. Maybe Kishi is going to gimp Itachi and make him totally blind now after killing Orochimaru, which was great by the way.

"Finally I get the chane to kill-" sword through the stomach "you? Hahahah! You didn't think this little cut would-"

"WHAT?! Noooooo!"

 

IMO, instead of just having Itachi take 'one' (2 would be better but with Kishi love of the Uchiha...) eye, which would be great we'll most likely the other minor blond character appearing, I can't seem to remember his name... ah, Naruto ! That's it.

And for Kabuto I'm pretty sur he has a bloodline, the very fast regeneration thingy he use to heal the damage made by Naruto's Rasengan in the Sannin's battle. I think he says something like 'Orochimaru didn't chose me for my medical skills' and then you see him healing his wounds by regeneration.

 

What I hope for now....Orochimaru frees himself and then proceeds to take Itachi as his next vessel. That would be bad ass.

Until this fight is over I am constantly on the look out for the dreaded curse seal level 3.

 

that was funny but Itachi's statement after that scene made the whole thing hilarious:

even though my respect for Itachi has reach low levels, his new technique has made him max out the badass meter.

Hmmm, i wonder if this technique was how Madara made Kyuubi his bitch....

 

It's pretty obvious that Sasuke will remember Sakura's voice. His love for her will energize him and he will stand, ascending to curse seal form 4 (he'll have really long black hair).

Really, the best thing that could happen would be:

Sasuke gets hit --> Insta coma --> Remains in coma for rest of part 2

 

I'd bet my left nut that won't be happening Chime.

One has to wonder how Shodai beat Madara, with his Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, and Susano'o...

EDIT: And really, what the fuck is up with Kakashi's mangekyou? How did he get it? What else can it do besides open an interdimensional space/time warp? (which is pretty fucking awesome)

 

Shodaime was a good looking guy, Madara was an Uchiha, and Shodaime can control everything wood...
