Wine is actually a decent resource. Fish / Wine is good to keep.

Gold / Water is decent as well as Gold attracts a lot of morons.

 

If only you didn't need so much bullshit to get Affluent Pop, it's +% to citizen amount is actually decent now if it didn't take furs, wine, and silver, gold, iron, gems, etc to get. You wind up basically getting just Fine Jewelry, Afflut Pop, and maybe 1 other shitty bonus resource by the time you're done.

 

I'm going to wait and give it a third try.

By the way, why are all/most of you in the maroon team? (Or has that changed since the old thread?) That has to be the smallest one. I was red on my first try and it was far easier to get good trade agreements with team bonus.

Red is still owned by NPO, I assume. Blue has some of the shittiest alliances ever. Green IIRC is perpetually doomed to bounce back and forth between near-chaos and amazing stability. That is the way of things.

 

^Agreed. Maroon may not have the most folks, but it's stable, and we're proud to be one of the stand out alliances on it.

 

It's funny, a rl friend of mine signed up at CN, because I needed a trade.

The ass got the first fish/marble combination in maroon..

 

I'm still a white, I haven't had any real problems, and It's not one of the colors you said we should specifically avoid.
