If the goblins are jews, then the germans would be the entire wizarding world, not just the pureblood types. Unless there's a super-secret (and even worse) epilogue where the goblins get their own nation somewhere than the germans (wizards) are still opressing the jews (goblins).

And there were at least 3 extremely hot jewish girls in my highschool. Of course I went to school with a disproportionate percentage of jewish people compared to anywhere else but certain sections of new york city so I had more exposure, but they were still gorgeous when naked.

 

Just because they are rare doesn't mean there are no hot Jewish women I know a couple at my school.

Hot female Jews, while rare, are not a myth. My longest relationship (exactly one year, to the day) was with a hot Jewish chick...and no, her nose wasn't all that big.

That was true up until the Reformation. I'm pretty sure the Calvanists, who believed that God chose those who would go to Heaven and no amount of good works would get you a ticket in, allowed the lending of money at interest. They believed that success at whatever your profession was could be seen as a sign of God's favor (and thus your ticket into heaven).

I don't understand it well, I doubt anyone else thinks its interesting, and I doubt I explained it well, but the stigma of all Jews being greedy penny-pinching bankers (a la Merchant of Venice) was held true long after the Catholic faiths got into the action.
