I'm predicting the next six books are going to be very boring, you know because everyone is like dead.

Fine. Book One ends with a Requiem for a Dream-esque ass-to-ass scene, involving Fleur Delacour and Tonks.

Snape is trampled by a stampede of rhinoceroses, Dumbledore experiences a quick drop and a sudden stop and Voldemort massacres half the Wizarding population in spectre-form.

Oh my God! Do you not have the first HP book. Your as bad as someone that lives near me. He only has book 5, 6, 7. He thinks he can get into the books by reading the last 3, but i keep saying that he can't.

Dear god. a Pre-pubescent Fleur? That's a scary, and almost impossible, thought.

    On-topic:

Canon: Luna. There's just that style of being sane when nobody else is...

Fanon: Alastor Moody, when done right. Otherwise, the better Voldemorts (the intelligent ones)

Harry vs Nazis makes me think of Indiana Jones, which makes me think of an odd idea Rorschach had about Harry running off to the wilds of Africa and meeting him there.

Coming here and having to actually think. Not that I thought too hard, because you didn't actually try to contribute yourself. As interesting as this topic isn't, it'd at least be worth reading if you yourself pointed out similarities and took it from there.

Just leaving it for everyone else is lazy. Which isn't bad normally, but is bad here.

That was a funny story, although once you've read one of his stories, you've read them all. Called gun or something wasn't it?

Nazis are overused villains. Usually two-dimdensional and unexplored.

It's the same with HP. Death Eaters – aside from Snape and Draco, we see very little development of. They're either "insane", greedy, rich, stupid, ugly, etc. And even among Snape and Draco, there's very little character exploration. Snape is a loner who lost his crush to his arch rival... so that determines everything about his character? Draco is a spoiled brat, so that determines everything about his character? Since they're just as flat as the other slytherins, you can conclude that all of the base "evil" class characters are flat and robotic.

Allies/Axis is Good/Evil, which is probably one of the most basic themes in literature. If someone can't recognize this, then it's no wonder they're failing English.

    Damn, people.

We totally missed out on an opportunity to play with the OP.

Too bad he/she has been banned already.

We could have started spinning a yarn about how "the Harry potter books are totally based off of WWII" and how "Little Harry Truman grew up, not in the cupbord under the stairs, but actually (as a little known fact)in the cramped and dusty hay loft in the barn on his Uncle Taft's farm which was right next to the drill factory in rural Lamar Missouri."

    *face palm*

We could have talked about how his Scots Irish past being tied to Hogwarts location, and how the Howwarts express is clearly recounting Turman's time working as a timekeeper on the santa fe railroad.

I mean clearly, Harry's final defeat of Voldemort goes hand in hand with Truman's decision to use nukes on Japan. Don't you see it?

We could have helped make the OP's english paper a GLORIOUS piece of work.

    *Pictures the teacher reading it*

    Funny.

What I meant was that, as much as I love Fleur and Tonks, I'd rather not read a a scene with 12 year old Fleur eating out Tonks.:(

Unless Tonks can metamorph into an 18 year old body and you use the (bad) plot device that a veela fully matures whenever they need to.
