No idea mate, I have a bit written for all of them, it's just sitting down and completing the chapters.

Right now I am trying to finish Demon's Feign, Merlin's Pain. At least the first book of it.

    I was thinking more like:

    Or:

But like I said, I want the shape to be sorta changing and moving, not hard defined edges.

If and when we see Nain in the Nevernever, in his pace of power, he might have a more solid form.

Hey, so I liked it. I thought the Dresden parts were clearly the best ones, although the fighting scenes were a little bland. I liked the initial Roq/Harry dialogue bit, and the expository elements regarding the Fallen and Denarians. On the other hand, the Dumbledore/Phoenix bit was not only a bit confusing, it was also a bit difficult to read - kind of fractured and very fast-moving (perhaps too fast).

Of course, that last line was pretty damn funny. Wicked bloody trousers, man. Wicked bloody trousers. (That'll be my new catchphrase).

    4.8/5 from me.

The Harpy eagle may have had its face smashed with a frying pan, but it is still awesome enough to kick the ass of almost any Amazonian animal minus the jaguar and the larger caimans.

A good chapter although Harry (Potter) not knowing anything about the different kinds if magic is getting a little old, anybody with half a brain would have at least tried to find out what was different by now. Maybe his new fallen could tell him.

You have to remember that Harry IS out of his mind right now.

I mean just a couple chapter's ago he thought his mum was alive, then not, has discovered that everything he knew no longer exists, and of course he talks to people who may or may not be hallucinations, and has discovered that angels and demons are real.

I think we can excuse Harry for not researching this new world.

    Give the man a lapdance.

Lyndon Eye I pick you for the task.

In other words what he said. Also consider the time line, all that uriel said happened in a matter of ten days.

Before I read this story, I would like to know is do I need to have read the Dresden Files books to understand this story? My knowledge of the D-Files extends to Wikipedia articles, and Shezza's 'Denarian Wizard' series, which I enjoyed immensely.

Nah, everything gets explained as you go along as far as I remember. That said you need to go to the bookstore and pick up the Dresden books, they kick HP's ass IMO.

    Very nice chapter Nuhuh.

Thank you, This just made my day.

I wonder how they will try to explain an outsider using white magic.

Ahh well. I will have to wait, I think.

    So it begins...

Fallen-angel empowered Outsider at full strength + (possibly) Dresden vs. The White Council. Round one has gone to the Outsider, round two is coming up. Whether or not there's a round three depends on if the Council personally assaults him, and how many wizards survive it.

    This oughta be good.
