Yeah. That scene back in the first chapter was very moving, when Harry rescued Katie:

A nice couple of sentences that support Averis; Harry might be peeved at his former best friends but he's still got a 'saving people thing' for innocents.

That stuff that the girls were using to induce infatuation in Harry - they said that it would only work if Harry "had feelings for the girl who was using it." I wonder what would happen if they tried it now? Harry certainly "has feelings" at the moment: it would be funny (although I don't see how it could happen) if someone were stupid enough to try That Potion again.

 

Assuming Harry or his companions didn't recognize it having been applied to him... though that's horribly unlikely, with Harry now intimately familiar with the whole telltale strawberries... well, could result in a pity-fuck for Hermione.

 

Hehe, I can just see that scene: Dumbledore runs into the Ambassador's room, "Harry, why are the wards suddenly so much stronger...Oh...hello Ms. Granger. Yes, I'll just let you two put robes on..."

 

Actually, I wasn't thinking about a "pity fuck," inasmuch as that implies a certain amount of empathy. I'd expect a command-performance blowjob, possibly accompanied by a spanking. Or two.

My vicious side wants to pour a barrel of love potion into the school water supply, and watch the fireworks as AD has to clean up the mess. Harry's too smart to make that mistake, alas, but that daydream gave me a happy.

I don't remember - what precautions are Harry and Kwan, Bill, etc. taking with their food? How well do trolls get along with half-giants?

 

Any idea when you are going to update this story? Pleeeaaase?

I don't think he will either - but then again, there's always a chance he will, just to screw with our heads!

 

As for updates. This one is actually about 6 weeks out. I have Lie chapter 12 almost ready, but plan on taking the next 4-6 weeks to crank out some original material.

I do plan on coming back to this story at that time with my usual level of insanity...

Well Jbern this is excellent an excellent story as usual and probably my favorite series online right now. Which is odd because I didn't think I would like the first person narrative that much. I can't wait for you to come back.

Are you thinking "The Lie I've Lived"? Turn Me Loose is 2nd person.

 

According to my ridiculously bad counting skills, we are reaching the point where Jim may come back. What do you all think Snape wants to talk to Harry about?

 

Snape probably wants to talk to him about his Chilotha ploy, which should have reached Snape's ears by now. Probably berate him about it was well. Not that Harry will particularly care.

 

I'm almost done with the first draft of Dead Eye and should be back to this story by Wednesday.
