You will join the wicked that lie here, and will be offered no respite. The three infernal Furies stained with blood, with limbs of women and hair of serpents, dwell in this circle of Hell.

Interesting, I am in the 4th level, though almost in the 8th and the next closest is the 9th which is tied with the 5th. I'm screwed

 

That's because you're not doing it right. Each level has a specific characteristic. For instance, level 9 is Treachery. As long as treachery is the strongest characteristic present in your answers, you'll get it. For instance, I clicked all of the betraying friends/treason to country/lying options, but answered normally to the other ones and got:
