Dude, remember when Tsunade was talking about Danzou? She said he was Sandaime's opponent and was against his policies. She said that Danzou insisted on using Military Power over Diplomacy. Diplomacy is used when you want to use War as a last option. Hence, they were a village that looked for peace.

 

And yet, they are still a special forces that aides the main country of fire lord. No matter how peace seeking they maybe, they are still ninjas who fight and kill, assassinate and destroy. Thus, the whole peace seeking is nothing more than a front, but its still being used as a basis to help the village as well as other villages. And the reason for that is that there hasn't been a war for quite some time. Not since the last war, which was quite a while ago.

 

Yeah, just like every country in the world. Just because Konoha has shinobi doesn't mean they can't look for peace. You can still be peace seeking even if you are a military power. If Konoha had no ninja they would get crushed. Just look at some of the countries in our world. The US usually seeks peace even though our military is one of the greatest in the world (note: "usually" is used loosely at this present time in history)

 

I gotta agree with the Spanker on this one. If Konoha were not a peace-mongering village, they would've went to war with Kumo when they demanded the head of Hiashi.

I've noticed that Konoha has a lot more exceptional ninja than other villages. All the Uchiha who could access their Sharingan, all the Hyuuga, the Rookie 11 families, Gai, Kakashi, other faceless ninja.... I'm pretty sure that if Konoha had ever wanted to go to war, they could have, and the would have won easily.

He asked the Third to protect Sasuke, threatened Danzou to lay off Sasuke, and left.

イタチは初めからサスケに力を与え死ぬつもりだったらしい
I seems that from the beginning, Itachi intended to die and leave his powers to Sasuke

I have a feeling this chapter will piss me off.

 

Agreed. I can feel the disappointment coming. Especially if Sasuke gets all of Itachi's powers because of a fucking finger poke to the head. That was the lamest transfer of power I have ever seen. It's the Naruto version of the DBZ fusion technique.

 

If Sasuke gets all of Itachi's powers then what can anyone else in the manga do? Aside from Pein no one alive could come close to matching that. Even with the never ending power ups Kishi throws at his man-crush Sasuke aside that much power could fucking steam roll just about everyone without Kishi gimping them.

 

Remember back before Sasori died, when Team Kakashi was fighting the 30% Itachi clone? Remember when he cast the uber-level Genjutsu on Naruto with just his finger? Wasn't that the same finger he used to 'transfer' his powers?

Maybe Itachi was the first Uchiha to inherit the Magic Finger Bloodline?

 

Maa, maa, you all know Sasuke is the greatest.

And I must say, if all the villians from Cell onward couldn't regenerate, the Fusion technique wouldn't be needed.

So there. Sasuke's piss is golden... I bathe in it to washe away my sins.

 

Sasuke's like, my favorite character now. He's badass and now super – incredibly – powerful. He's got snakes and a cool hair-do.

And, he's also emotionally sensitive, showing a softer, more real side. He's a lot more deep than Naruto, in that respect.

Sasuke also cool eyes (I'm getting sharingan contacts this weekend) and can set things on fire. Oh, and on top of that, he's bisexual.

So not only is he powerful, sensitive, and modern, but he's a ninja. Really, the only way Kishi could make Sasuke any cooler is if he decided to make him a pirate (and get an eye patch like Kakashi – maybe he's the pirate, and Sasuke will absorb his powers too).

Some how I can completely see psycho - smiling Itachi saying that to Sasuke.

 

Oh god, i just read some comments made by some of you about Sasuke and i'm confused as fuck. I'm not even going to ask why the change of heart. Also, Naruto is way more deeper than Sasuke. And i didn't look at the spoiler so don't spoil it so casually here...pretty please with a suger on top. ^_^

Yeah I unno it seems like in a lot of manga i like the possibilities of the manga better then the writer writes them. Or i've read fanfiction with better plots, or the manga disappoints me with copy-pasta seasons/mangas. Why do I get my hopes up?

 

Are you kidding me? The manga has so many plots and twists, it's a wonder people don't make up theories that would fly everywhere like no tomorrow.
