    Just a friendly caution.

Is Bioplague on vacation? This story of his might be in the process of being used without his permission apparently. If it were me, I would lean hard on the guy, but it's not and I haven't been on HP scene for awhile. *shrugs* Someone here who's in contact with him should probably tell him about this. I already pmed him with the source.

Could you give us a link to see for ourselves? Stuff like this is rather serious.

I'm pretty sure it falls under "plagiarized" category, but I don't know if a vigilante action is best. I don't know if bioplague would give permission or not (if he's still here). It's also why I haven't sent an email to the site admin.

    Vigilante action is always best.

And yes, Bio is still around. If look really hard in the distance you can see him walking his cat.

Ugh, it was just posted in the reveiw section. I just read it and it's... um... well it's plagiarized to an extent, but the quality is definitly lacking.

I think they are talking about the one in the review section. The one Lord Merrill wrote has not been updated in a couple years actually.

    No, you needn't.

In fact, you shouldn't have posted that in the first place.

Why is this thread so freaking susceptible to idiotic postings?

No. Just no. Harry Potter and Star Wars do not mix. It's like oil and water. Or better yet, oil and fire (one eats the other and everything is ruined). I am a fan of both universes, but some things just shouldn't be attempted (and this fic was one of them).

Hey. The person who plagiarized got shit-canned. Smoss was his name?

I got your PM MrRiddler, talked about it to Raven and to the guy who runs the site. He said he'd take care of it, so thanks for the heads up.

I was nice, however. Said he should only get two weeks ban. He came back after two weeks, made some shitty story in WBA that got raped and he disappeared.

So all's well that ends well.

As for this story and bad reviews - I agree. Even when I joined, I was a bit curious at the favor shown towards it. But it fits in with everything else that happens. There are few stories that stand the test of time and even fewer that survive being cliche'd to death. That was the third time I'd gotten plagiarized so some still view at as viable.

But you can take a look at any story in here from this time period and there are very few that will make you happy. Nuhuh gives me shit about Blue!Hermione all the time, so heh :).

But it's my first attempt and I'm proud of it nonetheless. I was more consistent in writing back then. Since then, I've been prone to bouts of laziness -.-.

We thought it was abandoned... *Sniff*. Does it mean there's still a chance for an update?

There's a link. The link goes to a story. The story may be reviewed. Therefore, there is no reason to lock this thread.

    Welcome to DLP.
