Oh and OT, this chapter seemed to be a transitional chapter for the most part. Despite the fact that there are no crazed happenings this chapter a fair amount of groundwork seemed to be layed out for the rest of the story.

so far this is a pretty good story even though i have not read that far yet i don't suppose you could have a link to the first two story's in the series having last chapter of the third part is a bit confusing for people that have not read them.

That was a surprising ending.

Everything was going awesomely then Bam... snaffu

I am surprised thought that Hermione was shown the ring in action. I figured he would keep that as secret as possible.

It was good, but the ending showed a remarkable difference in character development.
I would have never imagine Fudge to have the balls to do it, much less even attempt it.

Anyway, from what I've read, this is looking to be a solid 4/5;
On par, though slightly different, with Draco664's others work.

I kind of want to see the brother wands VS Elder wand scenario...

They seem to be on par with one another, and it seems like a actual fight is due.

Here's a thought, what if Dumbledore bought the the cloak. With him doubting Harry's character it seems likely that maybe he might see it as a necessity for him to unite the hollows.

 

Good chapter, not what I was looking for, but good chapter. It seem to be setting up plans for the endgame. I think that I am going to stop reading this until it gets completed. Every time I finish reading a chapter, I'm always left with the feeling of wanting more. Then I am disappointed when it takes a month or longer for the next update.

 

Nice update. I liked the chapter. The ramifications of the fall-out will be interesting to watch.

Eh... disappointing. All talk, no action. And the end wasn't even that much of a shock, frankly I figured Harry was pushing for that.

Seriously, Harry had everything he needed from Fudge, keeping him around was merely a liability. Fudge may be an idiot, but he was an idiot clever enough to get into office and maintain it through a few political scandals. Knowing Harry was alive posed too much of a threat, but getting Fudge to kill himself made it all the more fun for him.

 

That seems too perfect, this Harry while smart and logical, isn't quite that good at manipulation yet.

That's DH level Dumbledore manipulation, to be able to plan out a way to make a man commit suicide.

Besides, Harry still didn't get enough info out of him. He only got a few name's, If it was me and I had Harry's skills, I would be shackling him up and grilling him for information for day's on end. Then he could blame it all on the vengeful Harry potter fanatics that will emerge if anyone asks questions.

I agree, good chapter. Harry gets up to some more naughtiness; I love the "racking up death sentences" part, it was good.

Nice twist with Hermione, though anyone hoping for more threesomes should expect to be disappointed - I guess it had to happen some time, right?

I thought the "touch of realism" of the Hermione situation was unneeded, but I was not a fan of the blaise-hermione who loves harry more thing, so all is weel that ends well, right?

 

It was good.

The Hermione leg of that particular love triangle was a trainwreck waiting to happen, IMO. The only thing she seemed to like about Harry was "OMG you're so smart! Let's shag!", but she either didn't see that he had changed or whined like a little bitch about it when she did.

And if she hadn't miscarried, I think Harry would've had to



Hermione would be a full-on nightmare in terms of Baby!Momma-Drama.
