You could get the Sony Reader, if you don't like carrying a lot of books around. It's really useful to me, especially when I was reading all the Dresden Files books in one go, I didn't have to carry all 9 of them when I went on a long trip.

You could also buy seasons one and two of How I Met Your Mother, that is the best comedy sitcom I've ever seen.

If you want some stoner movies, Half Baked (as Korisorva said) and Harold and Kumar go to White Castle are epic movies.

I'll get some more rec's as soon as I get back home and look at my collection. That I bought. Legally.

Holidays seem saved... Thank you so much. And I have no idea what a Sony Reader is but it sounds like God's Gift to ME. How much is it?

Also, you do realize your signature looks like a penis with panties on it, right?

Now that you point it out... I still can't see it.

What guy would see cocks when he could see luscious lips?

And if your prick is green and glittery... mommy was lying. It ain't normal.:)

Sideways. Head is on the left.

When you crop out only the bottom lip and it looks like a cock, a guy is going to see a cock, nice try though.

I'm a gay Orc, my mommy never lies.

    I saw penis too.

As for movies. For war classics go with Patton and Platoon. Who Framed Roger Rabbit is always fun to watch, but it's long as hell. The Godfather and Goodfellas for mob movies. The Sandlot is a one of the more original sports movies I've seen.

Fight Club - my favorite movie.
    Green St. Hooligans
    Requiem for a Dream
Band of Brothers - If you like WWII stuff - Kills a lot of time.
Anything by Mel Brooks. Personally I like Space Balls the best. Men in tights is also really good.

All I've read on this thread are guy movies that I'd rec, so here are some chick flicks.

Reign Over Me (?) Best serious Adam Sandler movie.
Pride and Prejudice - The mini series from '95 will kill a lot of time. The one from 2005 got a lot of awards I think.
Atonement - I haven't seen it, Rented it for Keira Knightley, but never got around to watching it.

    Sony Reader

Awesome device. About the size and weight of a paperback, and it doesn't have a backlight, which means it's the same thing as reading a book, to your eyes at least. It can hold as many books as you want (uses an SD card) too. Only thing I can find wrong about it is that PDF's don't show up well on it. Other than that, it's excellent.

'12 Angry Men' is incredible. Also 'Lola Rennt', great, and 'Letters from Iwo Jima' if you're into war films. And 'Leon' is excellent, but everybody's seen that one.

Edit: Band of Brothers is a pretty long series if I remember well, but if you want to see a 10 hour version of 'Saving Private Ryan' it's good.

Moulin Rouge? Really? I never made it past the beginning of the movie before I wandered off to do something else.
