I'm gonna swing against popular opinion here. Kakashi has said that they should ask Naruto as he knew Jiriyra best and we know that one of the numbers was Tsunade's bust size.

 

i seriously wonder what the relationship between Pein's real identity and Tsunade's bust size is.

however, i gotta hand it to Jiraiya. The ability to accurately measure Tsunande's bust just by eyeballing it truly makes him a super pervert. Now if only Naruto can forget this whole "Saving Princess Sasuke" issue and walk the Path of the Pervert.

I'm going to hold judgement on whether the manga is getting better, but now we get to see the Mangekyou go up against a bijuu other than the Kyuubi, so he won't shouldn't be able to control it. That could be amusing.

On a side note, the thing about Pein's new body being Kushina does seem to have a bit of credibility, if the looks of the characters are to go by.
