The whole thing with that not actually being her real body kind of turns me off Bianca... Knowing there's a horrible, greasy bat-monster under there just doesn't appeal to me, go figure >_>.

Plus, the red court deserve the whole 'suffer not the vampire to live' thing. Nasty evil creatures that they are.

 

I was under the impression that that was more of a group pile on with a bunch of vampires than an actual rape. I'm not sure if you're referring to the same scene as I am, but that's the only one I can think of that comes close to rape.

Grave Peril. Before Dresden is knocked unconscious and imprisoned in the laundry room he is dog-piled by a swarm of vampires. In Dresden's monologue it is implied something traumatizing happened. I believe it was him simply giving into the pleasure of the narcotics, but it could have been rape.

 

I'm pretty sure it was just gang torture. Bites, clawing, etc. C'mon, getting tortured by about 50 batlike evil monstrosities is traumatizing enough. You don't need to add rape into the mix.

 

His blood was toxic for them, because of the poison he swallowed,
so biting is out of question (well, besides the first poor sods who made this splendid discovery)...

Torture-Rape, both are possibilities and just giving in to the pleasure is an option, too.

When Harry and Carlos show up at the meeting in the Deeps(?) with Dresden calling forth his own red carpet made of fire. Has got to be the best scene in the series so far.

Last but not least. I know Im gonna catch hell for this one. But the scene in Small Favor where Dresden and Kincaid find Ivy by the sea otters.

1)[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]The finale of Summer Knight (I was reading it on a school trip in St Petersburg and it had me stuck to my seat, entirely gripped).
2)[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Harry striding into battle utop a re-animated T-rex with a polka playing pathologist sat behind him.
3)[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Harry turning up to the vampire shindig in a cheasy vampire costume. I lol’d, hard.

No but yeah... the little asian school girl in me was pretty pleased with that scene. I'm just not Gay enough to admit it...

Great scene!

I now have to add Sue, the dinosaur...that must have been one of the coolest entrance ever and who can say "I controlled a t-rex?"

And the scene where Butters asks Harry why he never told him that he was gay and he would be totally okay with that and Thomas has his fun pretending (Dead Beat), good lulz.

 

On that note, the scene where Harry is in Thomas' apartment and pretends to be gay when he answers the door is equally as funny .

 

Uh, I haven't read this scene...well, I still have Proven Guilty (started it yesterday), White Night and Small Favor to read, so I guess it will be in one of those. Can't wait to read this, it sounds great!
