The ending was alright. Nice to see something different happen, even if it was small. Take that Neji.

However the story was still bad. Jiraiya got tricked by a bluff by Naruto to tell who his father was. Jiraiya was tricked by Naruto. This is the same Naruto who compared the Uchia symbol to Pokemon...

I can see why you would like it though.

 

Unless you guys are reading the story somewhere I don't know about you guys are wrong in saying that Truth and Deception is complete.

It is not listed as complete and he did not say that it was done, you need to reread that last author note.

As for the story, I like the idea of a hand sign specialist but it is unfortunate that the author is a bit of an idiot more often then I like. I will still keep track of it though.

 

Yeah, the author is a complete idiot, I'll give you that. One look at his profile, ridiculous authors notes, rants, etc, could tell you.

He knows how to write a decent story though. By no means is it better than People Lie, or many of the stories posted here, but it's an interesting read.

And we all know how hard it is to find one of those in the Naruto fandom.

 

True. While the entire plot is overused, it isn't bad.
He can also spell. I give it a 3/5 for being average. However when you do the average rank in Naruto fanfics itself is 1.5/5, it isn't that bad.

 

mbehrns2002 not really a good author but his fics are good for a quick read. He is... em... ambitious at least.

His FemNaruto story has one of the best quotes ever, I must say.
