Who'd a thunk it that Harry Potter featues prominently in this article:

    LOL

My favourite pairing has to be Voldemort/Indiana Jones. I got that warm, bitter taste in the back of my throat from a near-vomit episode.

A taste of fanfiction at its finest:

"I should stop you." Tom knew he should. This was a Muggle. Not to mention a man twice his age. But that didn't bother Tom as much. This was a Muggle, and Tom was a wizard, and this Muggle had no right to lay a hand on the heir of Slytherin.

"Stop me," Indiana said, and made it sound like a dare.

    Yeah, I'm sorry.

There are some stories that simply shouldn't be written.

Although I thought the Weasley Twins N'Sync ship mentioned in that article was slightly more terrifying.

    Wow... These are terrifyingly bad.

I couldn't even think about the V/IJ pairing... *shudder*

I'm speechless... were do these things come from?

Out of interest what is the weirdest crossover pairing anyone has come across? (other than these)

Quoted for truth in all sense of those words.....where "DO" they come from? Jeez...sometimes imagination is a dangerous thing.

    Random crossover generator?

There's about a one in a billion chance that you get something plausible, like Harry Potter and Dresden Files. The rest... the article speaks for itself.

Whoever thought of pairing Patrick Stewart with another man needs to die.

Some creepy pairings, but these are not even close to the weirdest fanfiction pairings.

I remember seeing a Hermione/Giant Squid story once - possibly in the WTF! Thread.

As for the weirdest crossover pairings: just go to AFF>Crossovers...
    Let's see, we have Harry/Riddick, Harry/Jack O'Neill, Harry/Dr. House...I don't want to look further

Don't forget Aragog and kin, as well as the Whore and some mermaids/mermen in the sequels.

The fics are Tentacles parts I, II, and III off AFF. I honestly don't know whether they were written by a fangirl or a fanboy, so I'll just call he/she/it a fanshit. Fanshits have weird tastes.
